Best CHAT service I have received in a long time.
We had to cancel one of our accounts today. Joke gave me great support and was able to quickly take care of this for us. (I have had painful CHAT experiences with other vendors. My experience with Joke was refreshing!)

Great Site and Customer Service!
I did a free trial with MetroFax and the site was easy to use! Upon the end of my trial, I chatted electronically with Cherry who walked me through the cancellation process and offered me different plans which could work for my needs now or in the future. Great Assistance
I did not need to continue to use Metrofax and although I had difficulty in cancelling the membership (for non-use purposes), I was able to speak on Chat with Joke who gave me great assistance. I would recommend Metrofax to anyone who does a lot of faxing and needs this service.
