The meter box was sent in good time and received but I needed to return it and it had been impossible to contact the company. They do not acknowledge or respond to communication from their online contact form and nobody answers the phone. A return is therefore impossible.
Ordered a 3 phase Mitras electrical meter box on 12th May. We only ordered it as delivery was stated as 14th May. It is the 26th of May now and still now sign of the meter box. Nobody answers the phone. No delivery updates...through 'Shop'.
Terrible service on multiple levels.
Ordered a meter box key on 2nd Feb, luckily didn't spend too much, although the shipping was extortionate at nearly £9!!
I've not received any shipping notification and after emailing them for am update have received no reply.

Bought a meter box cover. It did take a while to ship but the product I got is very good. Would of given 5 stars if it didn't take a week and a half to get to me,
Received and fitted, does seem to be the best quality available on the market after searching around a bit to find a replacement for a standard plastic meter box smashed by some kid. The sage colour option is good and nice to see it's UK made. Only shortcoming is the fitting instructions on the product page stated "For additional security you can use our fixture bracket to
secure to the brickwork." yet no brackets were included or seem to be available on the site. Without those, the enclosure could just be lifted and carried off by a passer by. Had to pop round the builders yard and fish around for some (hopefully) suitable fixings, and will see if it holds up to any further rounds of teenage angst.
Scam! Paid £105 and item never dispatched. Enquired by email and told they would send another - no tracking details. Item didn’t arrive. Enquired again and the same employee claimed they no longer worked there. It’s now been 6 weeks and we have received nothing and have been ignored.
