Ordered cutlery & bibs in September. Despite sending emails, I have not received the bibs. No response from them. They've had my money and failed to supply the goods. Appalling service.

Absolute scam of a company. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a set of cutlery and one came a different colour. They resent the set and the same thing happened. So I was asked to post both back, and the set would be refunded incl the postage. I emailed the proof of postage and chased it by email. No response.

I called the office and was told I’d get a call back. I didn’t. So over a week later I called the mobile number and was met with a very unprofessional, defensive and aggressive man.

I’d rather not get my refund than have to deal with this company.

Took an age to arrive and look nothing like the pictures in the ad. Way bigger knife, fork & spoon. Disappointing.

Ordered a single use engraved padlock for our anniversary, it arrived scratched and locked !!! Emailed them but got no response Stupidly I ordered from them again this time for a regular engraved padlock which has not materialised. Royal mail say it was delivered but it has not been. Emailed them to sort this out and they have ignored me ever since. Do not use this company.

Amazingly they asked me to leave a review on their website but even that doesn't work !

Don’t order never received my item now trying to get a refund

Don't bother ordering from these cowboys.
Had a damaged order, I was promised a replacement which was never sent.
After endless emails complaining, i was given a choice to have a replacement sent again or refund.
I opted AGAIN for a replacement and was then told that actually, we won't be sending it to you, we will refund anyway!!!
Absolute disgrace and poor customer service. If you want something special, my advice is to order it elsewhere👌

Lovely quality but very disappointing engraving… ( which is why i ordered them) Barely visible unless you knew it was there.

Beautiful memory card and really pleased.

Most of pens were very good. I. Some coulers the engraving wasn't very clear and one of the names was spelled wrong. I did let them know but still haven't received anything from you.

I placed order22nd September and was notified 29th September that it had been despatched. this is 16th October and I have still not received it! I have emailed twice and messaged on messenger but had no reply, very poor customer service

Fantastic product great quality that will last the test of time exactly what I wanted & need thanks .

The quality of the pen is very poor when you write the cartridge goes up into the pen and you have to take it apart to put it nack but it keeps having its like there is something missing to stop it from doing that it is badly made it was ment to be a Christmas gift but that can no longer be used so will have to get something eles. I will not be buying again waste of money not happy at all
