We did test buyings, the first time we ordered DSIP in a pen, was delivered after 4 days, came in a box with a cooling akku, but it was already warm, second time we ordered a pen with Glow, they told me every delivery is express, ordered on Saturday came on Friday completly warm nearly hot, we put the pen into the fridge wanted to prepare the pen after a few hours, but there was no liquid in the pen. So we throw 11.158 THB in the waste. Don't buy there go to MILO LAB this is better and cheaper

The product is great. The oen is good to,​but the packing of the pen is a lott cheaper and notbso good. Before it came with a nice box whom gave this expencive and fragile product good support while during shipping. Now it comes in a very cheap box whom does not protect the product. The cooling system for the shipment is absolutly no good. The product was 30 degrees hot when i recived it!! If this continue next time i will find another suplier whom offer better protection and better cooling system.
Packing is cheap, lowering the standard of packing is a stupid way to gain profit.
