So my girl Ethel started her raw transition recently, first few days she loved the turkey complete, then went a little fussy, but as I’m doing the elimination with her, I’ve trusted the advice for a group helping pups with allergies and the likes, so with lots of coaxing she’s happily taking the food, though I need to get a pure mince as poos are a bit white, sprats on the way, as she does like fish. The help and efficiency from MerseyRaw is amazing, and I would recommend this small animal loving company to everyone, your pup will love you more for it…fact!

Called in for some advice for my Cockapoo Gus, he was already on raw but felt he wasn't getting the best. Came away with a couple of varied flavours and his treats of Sprats which he loves and a slow feeder because he inhales his food
When I opened the tub this morning I could see the difference in quality immediately, this looked like I should be cooking it for myself !
Gus loved his breakfast of venison anyway !

Finally found a quality raw food my dog can tolerate. She can only eat pork as single source protein so ts grest to find a raw pork mix with the balance of bone, offal and meat. Fantastic service and great price.

Didn't like duck or pork ..but absolutely love the rest ..will not touch any think else now .... can't wait to start him on some new treats.. like the rabbit ears..

I’ve raw fed my Vizsla for nearly 10 years and have tried many many brands. The food from Mersey Raw in my opinion a cut above the rest! It looks high quality and my dog loves it. So easy to place an order. Variety of different meats available for all of the doggies. My first order was a variation of different meats as I wasn't sure which my dog will prefer. Now I know which one is his favourite (beef 😉) I was able to order more. After placing order for collection, I've received email not even 1 hour after that my order was ready to collect! So easy and convenient. Food comes in a plastic tubs very easy to store and to use . Most importantly my dog (Boston Terrier puppy) abosloutely loves it. Top notch!

Popped down today as it happened I’d been visiting locally for work. Ben welcomed me in and helped me out in the shop, despite not having ordered ahead and looking like they were all very busy battling with a huge delivery of ingredients! A testament to how popular they’ve become I’m sure.

Off the bat, packaging is A+++! It’s far better than heat sealed trays or chub rolls. Even noticed the logo embossed on the bottom, lovely touch 👌🏻 Clear, concise labelling, seals well, stacks well and most importantly, the Mrs approves of it in the fridge.

Our bigger dog was straight in the box when I got in so I felt pestered to defrost a tub in cold water, in the sink, for tea time and it went down VERY well! No mushy mince and no nasty smells.

Brilliant raw food. I've tried many different brands before which say raw duck or raw venison and then it's got added beef liver or beef hearts in it. What if your dog is sensitive to beef and you thought it was all duck or venison etc. Your food is all from the same protein. Well done. Will certainly be buying from you from now on

I have 2 Shitzus with various health issues and 1 with severe skin allergies. Ive tried all sorts of food, the last few being raw and although some improvements could be seen, the itching and flare ups still continued. This food has been amazing, we noticed an improvement almost immediately and he just seems so much happier and less irritated. I ordered the pork as chicken seems to be the main problem. I’ve just noticed you can sign up for regular deliveries for 10% off and I will definitely be doing that. Thanks so much :-)

Having 6 pugs we have had a difficult time getting the right raw food x I have to say this company is by far the best we have come across . The meat is actual raw and not of a pate consistency which we have found in other companies and the prices are brilliant also. We will definitely be using this company permanently .our dogs love it
