Merrymops has done a wonderful job on our EOL cleaning at Hillcrest/SA on Dec 2024. They are very professional, excellent attitude and punctual on their work. I will really recommend them for cleaning services.
wonderful cleaning service, very reliable with an eye for detail. being a former cleaner I have high standards and Merrymops meets them all. highly recommend.
I just love their work, it was done well and fast. They are really honest, welcoming, considerate, and friendly. I feel confident leaving my home knowing it is secure. It is a little expensive but worth it. Definitely recommend!
4 hour clean on my tiny little unit and it looked no different. I’m absolutely disgusted in the service I received at such a high hourly rate!
Not happy with the service. Made a booking over a week ago through carers SA to take the load off myself and have someone come in and clean my home for me. I have a terminally Ill mother and 5 children by myself so my life is very hard at the moment so was happy to have this offered to me and take stress off. It’s caused me More stress as they took my booking didn’t come when they said rebooked me in for the following day and then message me saying they will bring 3 people into my home to clean quickly at 4pm when it’s most busiest in my home which they were aware of and my immuncomprimised mother. So now they want me to wait another week when my house having all of us here needs cleaning regularly I’ve not done anything as I wanted to take the break and not have to clean up I’ve had my house ready now for 2 days and stayed home waiting around for them to not rock up change my appointments cancel them also and not listen to anything I am saying so I’ve not had any service yet but not happy already
We organize Merrymops to come out and do a “bond clean”. They came to our place and spent 4 hours cleaning the whole house.
I was very disappointed in the quality of work. I had to get them to go over most things again as it wasn’t properly cleaned. We had to also get them back on a second occasion because their work in the first place wasn’t satisfactory. They also scratched our window when they were cleaning the window with there cleaning equipment. Would no recommend.
Great experience and cleaning was perfection at a good price.
I have used Merrymops to clean my house since they first started their business in Adelaide and their work has been very consistent. Very happy with them. Highly recommend!
