My experience with Meritto has been good overall. It helps manage the admissions process in one place, from handling enquiries and tracking leads to managing counselling and follow-ups. The automation features and reports make it easier to keep track of activities and respond to prospective students on time.
Pros
The implementation process was smooth, and the team helped us understand how to use the platform effectively. The interface is easy to navigate, and features like lead management, follow-up reminders, campaign tracking, and reporting have been useful in our day-to-day work.
Cons
The only thing I found a bit inconvenient is the frequent Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and OTP verification. Sometimes I have to verify my login even on a trusted device, and OTPs can occasionally take a little longer to arrive. Since these features are important for security, it would be helpful if trusted devices could stay verified for a longer period.
Overall, Meritto has been a reliable platform for managing admissions, and my experience using it has been positive.
