Great place to buy wine! Good prices on a wide curated selection of excellent wine at all price levels. Personalized service. Free or low cost delivery if you're at their minimum order and region. Plus many enjoyable wine education events, both online with tasting kits and in person at a variety of venues.

They offer a carefully selected range of wines from around the world. I trust them for their assessment so I know I am going to enjoy the wines. After ordering online, they are very good at contacting me and arranging delivery. One of my go to places for well informed wine options and super service.

Like the speed of delivery but not crazy about the email I received after I placed the order basically telling me that if I really want the order to get here I damaged or not ruined by “weather”, I will need to spend more on shipping.

You copied my address incorrectly and then I had to pay $27 to change the delivery address.

No notice was given extra shipping costs would be applied at the time of the order. My first order was exactly the same as the second one. 75 dollars to ship 3 bottles, almost double the original cost of shipping from the first order is a hard pill to swallow. 25 dollars a bottle is excessive. I know how much it costs to ship to Alaska. I will rethink future orders as the shipping was accepted and then I am told days later you need more for shipping. 5 dollar away from double the original shipping cost. Not a fun message to receive and being held hostage is not a comfortable feeling.

All communication was clear and accurate. Tracking the shipment was easy from your UPS tracking number and the wine arrived in perfect condition on time.
