I initially ordered a silk shawl, which arrived in perfect condition, and I was very satisfied with the product. Encouraged by this positive experience, I placed a second order, which was charged to my account but never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact your team, I have not received any response or resolution to this matter.
Your lack of communication is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I trusted your company, but this situation has made me reconsider my view. As this issue remains unresolved, I am considering filing a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net), which handles cross-border consumer protection within the European Union.
I urge you to respond to this email promptly and provide a clear resolution, including either the immediate delivery of my missing shawl or a full refund. If I do not hear back from you within 7 days, I will proceed with further action.

Incredible quality
I placed an online order and was very impressed with the scarf quality! The silk is incredibly soft, the colors are vibrant, and the gift packaging is stylish. The delivery to Amsterdam was a bit long, but the scarf was definitely worth the wait.
