So BAD - Purchase at your own risk!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Their website is 95% lies! I don't believe the items are made in Boston, or even in the USA as it took 3 weeks for my order to arrive! I purchased more than 15 items and probably 10 of them I ordered too large and some I just didn't care for once I received them. Their "jeans" are not denim jeans and look nothing like denim jeans! So, I emailed the company to see how I can return based on the website saying, "30-day hassle free returns." The first email I got asked me questions; why did I want to return, was I dissatisfied with the fabric, was it the size, etc. I told them I was not happy with the fabric and many pieces were too big. They sent me another message literally asking me to lay the pieces flat out on the floor, measure arm length, shirt length, etc. and take pictures, also to maybe even if I feel comfortable, put them on and take pictures to see how they fit and send them pictures of that! I again wrote them saying I was not going to do any of this with the 15 pieces I was wanting to return! I was offered first a 10% refund then a 15% refund and they offered suggestions that I could gift the clothes or take them to a tailor and have them tailored to fit me! Then they offered me 20% refund then 30% refund and I keep the clothes. I responded again, your website says hassle free returns, I'd like to return the items and get 100% refund. Finally they offered me 40% refund and explained that although they do have that 30 day returns policy, they usually don't get returns because they are so expensive to send back! Because I am at a point that I am tired of the back and forth, I am thinking it doesn't look like I am ever getting a full refund, so I told them to make it a 50% refund and I will accept that. I think my mom will be able to wear the clothes that are too big for me. I had 4 different orders from this company totally around $400+. They gave me a $54 refund for one order and now are telling me this refund is complete! I am now also going to write to the FTC, econsumer.gov and anyone else I can write a complaint to.
