We are a team of Menopause Specialist Doctors passionate about providing evidence based, holistic perimenopause, PMS, weight management and menopause care. We see patients via both online appointments and we have a face to face in clinic in London locations, plus Sheffield, Glasgow, Colchester, Wilmslow and Durham. All our doctors are British Menopause Society registered. In addition to their expertise in treating menopause. In addition they have special interest in Histamine, POI, PMS, PMDD, Anxiety, Migraine, Breast cancer, Thyroid disease, nutrition, lifestyle, weight loss including GLP1 medication (Mounjaro, Wegovy Ozempic) all in relation to hormone changes. We use body identical hormone therapy as recommended as gold standard therapy by the British Menopause Society. We are CQC registered so you can be reassured we are practicing according to guidelines for safety and efficacy. You can be seen in the comfort of your own home without the need for a referral. Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Would highly recommend. I have seen 2 female doctors - Dr Elphinstone & Dr Nightingale - who both took time to listen and properly understand (something I don’t take for granted after years of seeing different specialists for endometriosis.) They were both knowledgeable and informative, providing me with answers and ways to move fwd with my health. They were kind and reassuring throughout, emailed me post the appointments with further info having discussed issues with colleagues and medications and next steps were easy to arrange. This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the clinic.

So thankful for the advice I was given by menopause care genuine helpful women who care about women going through menopause good job
After receiving zero support from my GP surgery, my NHSGP surgery I came across menopause care a few months ago and spoke to Jane who was absolutely wonderful. She helped me to get progesterone and oestrogen initially I was told I couldn’t get progesterone but then I ended up in hospital because of severe dehydration because of menopause hyperhidrosis diabetes and medication for brain disease and ever since I started to take the progesterone the sweating has eased by 85% thank you so much menopause care. I cannot wait to book a consultation with one of the Doctors Janine is amazing and deserves 25,000 stars.

Amazing got a on line appointment…
Amazing got a on line appointment within 4 hours which I really needed. Letter went to GP feel very supported. Yes it costs money but well worth the time, the Experience of the GP was fantastic , she suggested several things to help with my symptoms and I feel much better and have a plan in place.all information was sent to my GP and prescriptions sent as well. I will be booking another appointment for 3 months

I don't know why i waited so long to get help
I had my first consultation with Dr Knightly last friday and I can't tell you already the difference that it's made. She increased my Progesterone and my mood and ability to function has improved vastly in such a short space of time. I really down know why i waited so long.
