I have been with Menopause care since 2021. The biggest aspect I value is the consistency and support. Treatments are bespoke which I really value. Communication is always good.

Excellent service through from booking via email as I didn't know who to choose as my consultant. Samantha on the Patient Care team was so helpful and very speedy in phone calls and reply emails. I booked online Charlotte Gooding and our conversation appointment was very thorough, discussing all symptoms and previous HRT history, options and which would be best to try. All in all I would highly recommend contacting Menopause Care.

After being dismissed by NHS GP’s it was so nice to finally be heard and listened to and not have any of my symptoms dismissed. My diagnosis and treatment plan was explained in a way which was very easy to understand. I would highly recommend Menopause Care to anyone.

I wasnt being listened to by my dr and out of frustration I came upon this company. The first call asking about booking an appointment was so great I felt she listened to everything I needed and gave great advise. The drs call was the same day it was a 45 min call and she put my mind at rest and gave me all the information I needed. I am in early menopause and the hrt I was on for 5 weeks did nothing within a few days of adjustment my symptoms went away. I wish all drs were like this. I felt cared for and that I was finally on the right track

After experiencing peri symptoms for years but being fobbed off by my (male) GP after a single blood test, I decided to invest in myself and go private. I had seen Naomi Potter's videos on TikTok but opted to meet one of her colleagues instead who has a specialism in endocrinology as I have hypothyroidism.
Dr Napier is truly wonderful. I felt so at ease with her. She has a lovely way with patients. I was so impressed that Dr Napier so easily understood my medical history and could actually recall and reference it throughout the appointment. That made me feel like she had been my doctor for years. I don't get that kind of experience from my own GP! I genuinely believed her when she offered for me to email the team with questions and she will come back to me quickly. My appointment was so thorough that I don't anticipate questions but the offer was much appreciated. Dr Napier is truly a medical genius who can very easily pull together various facets of medical history, symptoms, and preferences, to almost instantly create a bespoke plan. I don't think I have encountered someone before who can so easily recall information like that and then so easily combine data and guidelines with pragmatism. Dr Napier was so kind and at no point did I feel awkward when we touched sensitive topics. I would recommend her to anyone without any hesitation.
Other more general positives are that the videocall technology worked perfectly which I had not expected! The testing functionality was great (re sound and video). The website is clear and easy to use and very welcoming. And the Reception team are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Cheers :)

What a find Dr Charkin has been, a Dr that listens and worked with me to help me manage HRT with complex endometriosis.

The service I received was good but the progesterone medication I received was unsuitable for plant-based diets as it contains bovine gelatine! I had to return it all & get a refund & no other progesterone options were available to me so alas, I'm no further with my menopause journey. You do get a much longer appointment than with an NHS GP but the medication is expensive compared to a prescription from a GP. I would recommend but it didn't work for me.

Cannot recommend Menopause Care highly enough. If you have concerns about perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms that have been dismissed or minimised please consider a Menopause Care appointment. I left my appointment feeling listened to, supported and that the symptoms I’ve been experiencing are real and can be managed/improved rather than just what I should expect to deal with as a woman.

The team is extremely efficient and the whole experience was seamless. Dr. Lewis was spot on, not to mention very kind and involved and the treatment worked from day 1.

I wholeheartedly recommend Menopause Care to any woman over 40 who is having perimenopause symptoms not to mention for the menopause.

I am so happy they exist and we can receive the necessary care in these challenging times in our lives.

I liked how easy it was after being refused testosterone by every gynoloogicalist in the NHS. I was too desperate to try it. An SC wanting to do it as cost effectively as possible I settled for the cheaper sachet of testosterone gel in a sachet. If was not explained to m ed how difficult it is the administer 1/8 of the sachet. I wish i had paid more to get the dispenser from Australia especially if you are sensitive to hormone change.

Menopause care help and guidance is great, at last i feel like i am getting the help that i have needed without the stress. Looking forward to the next few months getting back to where i need to be

I cannot express how helpful my call with Jane James was today. She’s not a doctor but a menopause mentor and she was exactly what I desperately needed. She listened, made suggestions, shared her experiences which mirrored some of mine but above all she made me understand that the symptoms giving me anxiety (including anxiety!) are likely oestrogen imbalance. That I’m not losing my mind, that mine is a common experience and that it will pass. She made suggestions around my HRT which I can bring to my GP. Above all I felt supported. Thank you Jane, I feel better knowing that I can talk to you again if I need to and that there’s someone who has more experience than me to help me navigate this time.

I cannot recommend Menopause Care enough. The expertise available is unrivalled, and the ease of booking appointments and blood tests is exceptional. Plus, emailing or speaking to a human being is such a treat, and the staff are incredible. The support is more than I could imagine and I am so grateful for their support and care.

I have nothing but praise for the highly professional care I've received at this Clinic. The knowledge of the doctor I consulted was exceptional and I felt unhurried during my consultation and felt closely listened to. I am so delighted to have found this Clinic and hope now to have a long term relationship with them as I manage my symptoms.

I seen Dr Karen Aitken yesterday and what an excellent experience!, I felt listened to and understood for the first time in years. After only one appointment we have a new plan/ medication in place to support my needs. If you are thinking of booking that appointment don’t wait as you will not be disappointed! I just wish I found Karen years ago.
