Placed an order on January 30th for server memory. Cancelled the same day before shipping. Received written confirmation on February 3rd that my order was "cancelled and refunded."

It's now February 10th. No refund. Every time I follow up, I get "we're checking on it" or "technical glitch with our bank." Seven days of excuses for a refund they already confirmed was processed.

$20,000+ CAD is not a small amount to have tied up because of their "technical glitch." I've filed an FTC complaint and will be disputing with my credit card company.

If you're considering ordering from Memory Clearance, be aware that getting your money back if there's an issue may be extremely difficult.

They are scammers.
I bought something and it never came and I asked to cancel but they didn't give me a refund.
This online site is a bad place that only operates online.
Never do business with them.
You will be scammed.

The same thing happened to me that happened to others. There was no indication that this was going to be a used unit.

If there was an option for negative stars, this company would get them. I placed an order with this company on 3/12/24 and received no word or communication from this them regarding its fulfillment. There were no "out of stock" messages on the two Wifi access point units I ordered on their website, so I began to wonder what the issue was? 3 weeks with no communication from the seller was very concerning to me and seems to me a bad business practice.

So I sent an email inquiring about this order 4/6/24 and today I received this email 4/8/24

No explanation, no apology no product, just a terminated sale. So I checked my CC statement and see where the cancellation was on 3/22 but have no record of any email informing me of this. I would avoid this company. You'll likely be waiting for an order that you need very much and find out long down the road that you're not getting it.

Product was sold and not listed as refurbished or used. When we received it, It was a used unit. I aske the rep and he said it didn't say new either. He stated we should have known it was used. This product was sold under false pretense. Sale rep was very defensive and condescending
