Worst costumer service ever and Poor quality products.

From order to delivery it was a breeze. Very attentive staff. Will purchase again.

I ordered the Barca smoked redgum dining table from memoky and absolutely LOVE it! The customer service is amazing I was able to chat with a salesperson online concerning all of my questions. After I placed the order I was able to get it delivered very quickly. 5 stars for service and product quality! Thanks again Memoky!

We found memoky online after searching two months for a console that would fit our space. Felt a bit weary about shopping for such a large item online however after speaking with the sales rep we felt comfortable and decided to purchase it. Received last week and just had to mention what a wonderful experience it was.

Items listed on the website were not available for sale. After purchasing the item I was informed of this but the items are to this day still listed on the website for sale Very unprofessional.

I had previously bought the chairs from another site when they called me a week later to tell me they would be 3 months delayed.

I immediately found them on Memoky. They had them to me asap. It was so easy with them.

The wishbone chairs are gorgeous and I get compliments from them even from my decorating and furniture making friends!

The table is nice once constructed. Packaging was excellent. Table fitment for assembly was poor - a drill & tap was required. The holes had welding slag which made it impossible to thread the bolts. The alignment of the holes was poor and several needed re-drilled. Nothing about this table is "galvanized" as advertised. It's painted. The paint is textured to provide a more rustic look BUT it also is painted in a dirty environment so it has lots of dust inclusions in the paint. I would have sent it back - but I really needed a table. I like the design. I may send it out for powder coating or strip it down to bare metal.

Jeffrey at memoky went above and beyond to help me out with a quick delivery when the delivery company got difficult to deal with. The product (oval tulip table) is really fantastic! It's beautiful and so well made. Very happy with my purchase!

We received two items, a media console and a table.

The media console was great. Just as depicted. 5 stars.

The replica Platner table was not. The metal base is full of discolorations throughout the metal base that we can't just polish off. So instead of being pretty and shiny, it's matte and discolored in certain sections which makes it look dirty. Probably occurred during manufacturing. Also, the ends/tips that hold the glass table top up are scratched, they cut through the packaging and must have dented at the tips during transport. Since the top is glass, you see everything very clearly. Very disappointing. 1 star.

I emailed with customer service in advance of making my purchase, got prompt replies to all my questions. Items were delivered less than a week after ordering. Everything was in perfect condition, delivery guys set up and cleaned up which was great.

The product was fantastic quality, packaged exceptionally secured and was delivered promptly. I absolutely love the AEON steel dining table. I emailed a question and received a response the same day. I will definitely not hesitate to shop online with Memoky in the future.

Beautiful table at a great price.

I like the wall lamp, delivery was within a reasonable time frame.
Instructions for mounting the lamp were clear, but not easy to accomplish alone, and also I couldn't get the set screw to thread back into the main shaft. After 15 minutes of trying with the allen wrench, it eventually fell and disappeared, never to be found. The lamp seems fairly stable without it. The lamp does not take a standard size bulb, but one with a small thread end more like a chandelier-size screw-in. It was readily available at the hardware store, but I think that should be mentioned.

I had a good first experience with Memoky. I had never heard of the company before they popped up from a search of dining tables. They had the best price by far for exact item I was searching so bit the mullet. The table arrived in perfect shape and just what I ordered.
The only issue I had was that I never received an email telling me that the item shipped. Even after a phone call they said the shiiper didn't have any info but it showed up a few days later.

This reproduction of the Potence Lamp is great. I love it. Just a few minor things: 1. the screws and bolts are silver and stand out like a soar thumb against the black plate! I went to the hardware store and found black bolts to replace the supplied bolts. 2. The printed directions are useless. There is no text and the diagrams are not clear enough to show you how to put the lamp together--in fact I'm not 100% sure that the arm is sitting in the cradle correctly. I'm waiting for a picture from a friend who has the DWR version of the lamp to see if I've done it correctly.

High quality low cost! I would order again in a heart beat.

They took really good care of me even though the bar stools I ordered were defective. I contacted them and let them know the situation, I was given a direct contact number to a real person, Jeffery, who investigated the manufacturing issue and made immediate plans to rectify the situation. We were sent replacement parts and are very happy with our new bar stools. Things are not always perfect so, it's what you do to correct the problem that makes the experience exceptional.
