Beware: No Refunds For Change Of Mind
Like I'm sure many people do, I ordered a few products from different retailers to see which I liked best.
Wasn't impressed with the Memo Bottles for the price (£70 for two bottles - very basic, didn't feel quality) and decided to return them.
Was told they don't offer refunds / returns for a change of mind. Lots of reasons provided (hygiene, reducing unnecessary shipping etc.) but these feel like excuses - fundamentally this is out of line with the rest of the market, and seems to me to just be gouging customers who haven't clicked through the links to read the Ts & Cs before purchasing.
Buyer beware.

I l spent over £75 on 2 water bottles and silicone sleeves, first time customer here and won’t be back! The sleeve if the larger bottle was completely mottled in appearance, with white splash like marks splattered all over the terracotta silicone cover. It completely spoils the look of the cover and is very noticeable. The images on website and info on website show/ make no reference to this mottled/ white spotted effect.I contacted customer services as at this price point I believe the product shouldn’t be flawed. The response was to leave the cover out in the sun for 12 hours!!! Unbelievable!!!! So I’m to what? Fade the sleeve in the sun ? Disgusting customer service.
Hugely Disappointed – Never Again
I really wanted to like Memobottle. The concept is great, but the execution is shockingly poor.
First off, the product is wildly overpriced for what you get. The materials feel cheap and flimsy – definitely not what you’d expect at this price point.
Even worse, returns are not accepted, which is not only terrible customer experience but also legally questionable in many regions. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with slow, vague responses – and then radio silence. They completely ignored my return request.
It’s deeply frustrating to support a brand you once believed in, only to feel scammed in the end. I previously invested in Memobottle because I believed in their mission, but after this experience, I won’t ever buy from them again – and I’d strongly caution others to think twice

Awful awful awful service
Ordered an A5 bottle cover and bottle top. After a while the bottle was received (which is great) but no cover and matching bottle top (value circa £15). Emailed customer services after 48 got a response asking for pictures of packaging and courier back , which i had by now thrown away. I did advise the packaging was in perfect condition and I doubted a driver would break into the bag and steal a cover but leave the bottle it goes on. It is clear these items were never packed.
After 48 hours I received another email saying i would have to wait whilst they made a claim against their distribution centre, no idea how long this would take or what happens if the supplier says no claim.
Basically product looks good, service is shocking, awful , terrible with no respect or concern for the customer. If you are to buy one I would do it through Amazon at least their customer services will ensure you dont get ripped off.

Bought 3 of the A6 bottles which are the perfect size for handbags. We use them all the time! Had a problem with one, bust customer service (UK) was responsive and got it sorted quickly.
Refund refused, breaking distance selling regs
I asked to return a product, as allowed under distance selling regulations. They are illegally refusing a return, claiming they have their own (hidden) terms and conditions.
Disappointing
I, like many other customers, recently received a memobottle that was not the desired size. However, the company's response to my request for an exchange was unhelpful and lacked any alternative options. It seems as though they would rather have an unhappy customer who will never return, rather than a satisfied repeat customer who may purchase more of their products. In my opinion, it's not worth spending your money on their products given the terrible customer experience and the fact that if you make a mistake you won’t be able to exchange.

No delivey and no customer service.
Ordered a bottle which has not been delivered. Have ignored all attempts to contact via email, web form and social media. Appalling service! Avoid.

They literally wrote the will not accept refund request for several points including: "Your request for a refund due to the memobottle Pty Ltd not being made of the material that you expected."
Unfortunately, I did not read that and thought being sold in the UK you can actually return the product within 30 days! (My mistake).
Obviously, they know that pictures and video reviews do not show the poor quality of the bottle. The only selling edge is the design. For the same price of the plastic bottle you can get a stainless steel one of the same capacity from another good brand (slim but more squarish) or an insulated very high quality stainless steel one from one of the UK brands (but more of the regular design bottles) which are also ethical and sustainable. Their products are way over priced even for the cause. If you want people to resort to reusable bottles, you must give them something of high quality, and a reasonable price. I do like the concept of the bottle, but I hated it the moment I got it out of the box.
I do not recommend this product. You are better off with an ordinary sistema bottle from any supermarket that is way better in quality and for a fraction of the price.

I bought bottle from their website . ordered wrong size tried to by the smaller > they refused to exchange and wouldn't refund> buy through amazon or pay pal. Unless the item is faulty they won't help . They are Australian company . Here in the uk the consumer has 14 days to exchange or refund. They do not follow this law. Beware.I made an expensive mistake!
Scam
Ordered the bottle, was plastic and bad quality, sent it back (eu law allows that in the first 2 weeks) and they did not refund. They ignored me, paypal at the end refunded me the money. Beware, don't buy.
