Frames are awkwardly bent and really small. Otherwise I would have enjoyed them. Very stylish, good price, but useless as received.

Some of the frames you ordered have a very unique design so they may look quirky, however they should rarely have quality issues. We also apologize for your wait. One of the glasses in your first order required some extra time for production and customization which made it a bit long. We've sent couple of emails during that process for updates and we hope you had seen them. Sorry again for it being long!

- Love the case: Wanted a white case for the glasses => Got one white case for the classes => Happy:D
- Love the instant and dedicate customer service: the online customer service (or perhaps it’s just AI?) responded instantly and was super sweet:D
- Love the delivery: cost me a huge amount for the delivery fees but it’s worth it hahahahah. Delivered in person. And the delivery guy is super cute. So yeah,no problem, moeny well spent.
