Worst experience I've EVER HAD AS A CONSUMER. Deliberately misleading website. Gives the option to receive a video within 7 days of making the request, then you pay the money and it says "in 7 days you'll receive an email to choose when you receive the video." A scam. 2 months and 10 complaint emails later AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND DON'T REPLY 🤬 says money back guarantee... TOTAL RUBBISH!!! As far as I can tell, Memmo does not provide any service that functioning business should. Bizarre.

como victima os puedo ayudar a cobrar todo el dinero de esta empresa yo he realizado 2 pasos 1 ir al consumidor y explicar y enviar fotos recivos conversaciones y una vez pase 1 mes poneis la denuncia en la artzaina y luego ir al banco con la documentacion de todo para que ese dinero os loo devuelvan ya que el servicio no ha cumplido y en 1 mes tienes el dinero

Ich kann nur ein großes Kompliment zurückgeben. Alles ging super schnell und super professionell.Huub Smit / Richard Batsbak! Er er hat sogar schneller als in sieben Tagen geliefert und ein paar Sekunden draufgehauen, wenn man das in dieser Kategorie sagen kann, dann sehr sympathisch!

Didn't receive my order. Several emails sent with no reply. Requested a complaint no reply.
No idea how they still function as seems a common issue. If had the time would find regulator to report to who could hopefully impose a fine.

Det har stått levererad i 1 vecka nu men den går inte att kolla på, det är bara en svart skärm med texten " prossessas, snart klart!"
Sjukt besviken. Har mailat dom flera gånger utan svar.

Beställde en video, fick info på mail att jag hade mottagit den & när jag väl skulle se den så gick det inte. Den bara stod & ladda hela tiden. Har även mailat kundservice utan att ha fått ett svar.

Lyckligtvis så slutade hela processen med att jag fick kontakt med personen som jag beställde videon ifrån som kunde skicka den till mig!. 😅 men det blir absolut INTE mer köp från detta företag.

Bestilte en video, men fikk den aldri tilsendt. Har tatt kontakt med Memmo via support, men bare fått autoreply og aldri noe svar på henvendelsen. Ble belastet for videohilsen via Klarna.

Ordered a Tim Oliver (David Brent) video. Then i read all the bad reviews and was sceptical that i would receive it. It arrived next day and was great. I did send a message to customer support with a small query before i received video but never got a reply so i think i would use the other celebrity video site in future as i dont think you would get any help if you had a problem.

En el momento de adquirir el servicio, te mandan un correo de confirmación, en el que te dicen que recibirás otro correo con el enlace al vídeo.
Bien, yo nunca recibí ese correo (ni en spam) y me hicieron el cargo lo que me extrañó.
Volví a mirar el correo de confirmación, y también hay un botón rojo que pone "sigue o edita tu pedido". Pues miré ahí, y cual sería mi sorpresa que estaba el vídeo, que afortunadamente conseguí a tiempo.
Le pongo un 3 a pesar de este error tan grave, porque el vídeo de Leticia Sabater fue 5/5

I am on Memmo but I've had nobody request videos. When I checked I couldn't search for myself! A colleague of mine is on there and I couldn't search for him either! The support is non existent, even for talent. There is one unmonitored email address and despite several pleas for help nothing is done. I'm now on a rival video messaging service.

Never received my video, emailed 5/6 times with no reply, no telephone number.

Absolutely awful!!!!!! Took my money, wrong name mentioned and when I email them I get the same generic reply, and then nothing! Robbing bastards and absolutely awful customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
Still no refund after over two months.

My video was never actually delivered. The guy uploaded an apology video and said he'd upload a real video later and never did. I emailed support a month and a half ago and three follow-ups and no response. In fact, I have a read receipt app on my email and it shows they have never even opened any of the emails. THE WORST.

Company went bankrupt in August 2023. Still was able to do a few videos on 2024 until evening wrapped up. Now it’s finished, stay away. I ordered a video last month and they charged me and when my bank contacted them they refused the refund so my bank would not give my money bank and now memmo.me doesn’t respond, I just get their automated emails. Ridiculous Carry on!!

Fick aldrig min videohälsning. Kundtjänst svarar inte trots flera mejl. Så klart finns ingen telefonnummer att ringa heller.
Jag tog betalningen via Klarna, så nu har jag en pausad faktura där.
Beställ inte från detta företag är helt klart nåt som inte stämmer.

I ordered a 'get well' video from a Real Housewife of Cheshire for my partner who was recovering from a kidney transplant, to cheer him up. After seven days the video was not sent. I was offered another video with a free 24 hour delivery, but declined in favour of a refund. The refund was still not there after three weeks. I emailed but got an automated response saying they 'were busy'. I emailed three more times over the next two weeks and got the same automated response. I found them on Facebook and politely explained the situation and asked if they could help direct my enquiry. To my disgust, I received the 'crying with laughter' emoji back. Nothing else, just that. I am still waiting for my refund. To say that I am disgusted with this so-called company is an understatement.
