Don’t buy tickets from this company. It’s a full scam! Just go to Sam’s Club for discounted tickets.
We bought a 3 day pass to attend Aquatica, Seaworld, and Bush Gardens. The first day was Aquatica and we got there before the park opened and the tickets didn’t work. We were finally comped tickets by Aquatica because they felt bad we were standing there for an hour wasting our vacation.
We contacted member deals and were told they would resolve it within 72 hours. We changed our vacation itinerary but after 72 hours we were informed they would need an additional 72 hours. At that point the vacation would be over. So we bought more tickets from Sam’s and then attempted to get a refund. Member Deals refused that and said they would need proof we were comped tickets that day, which we provided. Then they needed proof we bought more tickets, which we provided. Then they said… your issue was resolved by the park because they comped you so we can’t refund you!
Seriously DO NOT deal with these people unless you want to pay thousands of dollars to stand outside the park! Worst customer service experience of my entire life!

Resets the child guest constantly. Gives errors when trying to book a room. Put 2 adults and 3 minors and when booked only showed 2 adults 0 minors after booked. Does not give accurate room descriptions for alot of rooms.

I booked our stay through GovX, a veteran's site that provides discounts for Military and first responders. I had been looking for a couple of days, and had gone back and forth that day, so when I picked the room and went to check out, I was a bit speedy. My fault was not double checking hard prior to paying. I booked same day, so while we were on the road I pulled up the reservation to check the check in time, and noticed the trip was accidentally booked for the following weekend. I should have known better, because I have seen it happen, when I went in and backed out, the dates adjusted to whatever prefilled dates they select when you first go to the website. Okay my bad, no biggie I should be able to call them and just have it change to this weekend. I'm not trying to cancel or anything. I call and get no help. They tell me that I would have to cancel.And forfeit, a hundred percent of what I had paid, about six hundred dollars for 2 nights. I was told that had I canceled prior to the 14th, I would be refunded. I booked on the 15th....how does one cancel before they book? To add insult, every other room choice, except the most expensive the one I chose, was listed as refundable. The refundable option under the room I booked was hidden in a nondescript dropdown menu. I spent over an hour on the phone being quoted policy. A supervisor had NO more power than a regular agent, and I was told a manager would call me back within 3 hours. The call never came. I am now waiting on a ticket to close out and have heard nothing. Chances are we are going to have to eat it, and go back this weekend. Which really sucks because for a "luxury hotel" my experience was less than ok. Do yourselves a favor, forget the other Hotel brands (this was a Marriott), stay away from 3rd party, book through Hilton. Hilton price matches and they've literally helped me with an issue that was caused by a third party prior. I should have known. There's a reason hotel employees make a face 🥴 when you mention you booked 3rd party. I hate a veteran and first responder site is partnered with a company that wouldn't even assist with an error. We should be more protected than this. Even Expedia is willing to call a hotel to see if they are willing to change the date, which this one was willing, but member deals wouldn't call.

I would choose no rating at all if that was an option. Go with ur gut feeling when dealing with this company to book Anything thru them. A hotel room, a flight, an event, etc. Anything. Their customer service is not helpful AT ALL. They just send u around in circles with no helpful information whatsoever. They create a ticket to a higher (non existent dept) and then never get back to u. I booked a room at the Hilton garden inn hotel in austin tx. When I checked in they took a $50 REFUNDABLE deposit. When I checked out they said I'd get that $50 REFUNDABLE deposit back in 3-5 business days. It has been 10 business days with no refund. I call the hotel,of course they ask for my itinerary number that member deals.com never gives u. Only an order #. The # hilton needs is one that starts with the letter H. They direct me to call member deals.com for the itinerary number. So I call them and they don't have an itinerary # either! So they create this ticket to send to some higher dept to create an "investigation into this issue". Supposedly I'll hear something back thru email within 72 hrs. VERY DISAPPOINTING. In my opinion it's Hiltons responsibility to address the $50 REFUNDABLE deposit bcuz they r the ones that took my card that day BUT they put it off on memberdeals.com So who in the world knows what will come of this. No telling how many people have gone thru this same thing and never followed up cuz it's just such a hassle and inconvenience. Total ripoff. NO STARS FROM ME.

I thought I would save $4.38 off the ticket price for the chosen movie. I went to the Regal website to reserve two seats, Regal added the $4.38 back on for a booking fee. So, this discount just added a few extra steps for purchasing a movie ticket. Not at all worth the trouble of signing up for a discount. What a sham!

The Member Deals Id.me page for hotels states that my hotel will be one price "All Fees Included". When I made payment I was charged additional fees. Then I called the Member Deal customer line, and after waiting about 15 minutes, it disconnected asking me to call back later. Quite disappointing.

am extremely disappointed with my experience using MemberDeals.com. I mistakenly booked the Crowne Plaza Midtown Atlanta and later discovered numerous concerning reviews explaining that the hotel had recently been sold to another company and was currently in a transition phase. After learning this information, I immediately contacted MemberDeals.com and requested a refund.
At the same time, I booked the correct hotel through MemberDeals.com, hoping they would work with me in good faith regarding the mistaken booking. I was told I would receive a response within 72 hours regarding my refund request. However, after 72 hours passed with no update, I contacted them again only to be told that a “partner company” was now reviewing the situation and that they could not provide any timeline for resolution.
This lack of accountability and customer support is very frustrating. I specifically trusted MemberDeals.com because they are affiliated with my union benefits program, and I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism. Instead, I feel like I am being given the runaround while my money remains tied up.
When I return to New York, I fully intend to make our union leadership aware of this experience and the way this situation has been handled. Union members should know exactly what kind of customer service to expect when using this company.

Prices are good. the only thing I didn't understand was that the collision damage waiver (CDW) was advertised as $11/day. I'm doing a 7-day rental, but the CDW cost was $88, an apparent coverage for 8 days.
