Walking heated jacket

Bad battery
Love the jacket but only had it 3 days & the battery receptacle pulled out from the battery making it unusable. Waiting for reply from customer service now.
Customer svc replied promptly & said they shipped me out a new battery the next day but will take a week or so to arrive. Happy customer here (as long as I do receive the battery next week).

I wish you would put metal zippers…
I wish you would put metal zippers instead of plastic, they will not hold up. Other than the zipper, the jacket is great. It has been a lifesaver this past week. I sure don't regret buying it.

I would give it a five rating if the battery lasted longer ... the longest it lasts for me is about two hours ... charged overnite as well .. the coat is very good quality
