Generative AI is the right direction. However there are still gaps which makes it difficult for what I need to do.

The tool needs to align better with the CAD drawing which is the basic information the designers have. Also the memory for the generative AI is not good enough. It doesn’t remember certain rules that I have it.

Subscribed on 26 July and asked for a refund about two hours later, as an EU consumer within the 14-day withdrawal window. Nine days on, it's still unpaid.

After a week of back-and-forth I left a review saying I was still waiting. The company then told me it would process the refund once I deleted it. They have made that demand four times, most recently forty minutes after I sent a formal legal notice explaining why conditioning a refund on the removal of a review is unlawful.

I used 15 of the 650 monthly credits, all within minutes of subscribing, testing whether the tool could produce the floor plan I needed. It couldn't, and I never opened it again.

I want to be honest about the personal side of this too: the sheer number of emails needed to pursue something this small has been exhausting and genuinely stressful, and in my experience I have never been treated this unprofessionally by a customer service team.

I've refused to delete this and reported the conduct to Trustpilot. Think carefully before giving this company your money.

AI is not reacting to inputs. Will just work with initial design elements and not adjust to user inputs.

Unfortunately a pure waste of money.

Very disappointing experience. The app simply doesn’t do what it promises. The results are inconsistent, often inaccurate, and nowhere near the quality shown in the marketing. I expected a professional AI tool, but it feels unfinished and unreliable.

The pricing is completely unreasonable for what you actually get. It is far too expensive compared to the value it provides, especially when there are much better alternatives available.

Overall, I regret purchasing this subscription. I cannot recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable AI solution. It needs significant improvements before it can justify its price.

Not what I was expecting. Very limited options. I tried using your website to convert my floor plan into a 3D design, but I found that it only offers four very basic 3D styles. I also spent time explaining to the built-in AI exactly what kind of design I was looking for, but it kept generating essentially the same result over and over, regardless of my prompts.

Subscribe at your own risk. They have only 1 try if rendering before you can ask for a refund after subscription. Their policy says if you use more than 10 credits then no refund. Each rendering costs 10 credits. Thus if you use 20 credits, i.e. 2 try of rendering, then no refund is permitted. This is absurd and false advertising. Your app has flaws and I kept trying to generate the outcomes I wanted but couldnt because your app is still in infancy stage. Therefore, I should get my full refund. Thank you.

1Have only just bought this fabulous AI design tool for my Interior Design business. I can’t believe so far how amazing it is and I’m only just learning. Money so well spent. Can completely change the design, style and feel of a room in 30 seconds… I’m obsessed !!!

This tool completely fails at doing its core task of giving you a room design and a list of real items to accomplish that design. It can't suggest real items and it can't identify items that have been added. It can't do any styles but minimalism. And it works in a really mindless way and corrupts its own images over time. As changes are made and it generates images off of old ones, it creates ugly noise in the images after just a couple of modifications. This is an alpha product being sold with a really expensive subscription model.
The developer doesn't seem honest. The form to submit feedback uses different links based on what score you try to submit so that he can dissuade scores of 3 or lower.

Redesigned my space, tool is super good. Sometimes i just dont get exactly what i want, i had to be extra specific. other then that awesome

I could easily use this site and was able to move my toilet to a different part of the bathroom easily. Once I discovered how to use the upload photo to add my wallpaper ideas I was truely happy.

Saved a lot of time and money, finallu dont have to pay 1000+euros to interior designer

Iam interior designer, so i use it a lot, it saved me a lot of time. Easy and fast to use, also doesnt cost as much as other ones
