Be careful with this company
I suggest to anyone who is considering a purchase from Melori be careful. When my order arrived incomplete, I attempted to reach customer service several times. They failed to respond to my emails and when I called, the phone just rang until it disconnected. There are no customer service agents available by phone. I paid for 2 products and received only one and there is no way to get a refund. Again, be very careful when ordering. Others carry the same products so there is no real need to shop at Melori for anything. Very disappointed.

I ask for a return 3 days before the delivery and you ignore me. You didn’t respect the dispatch times in your terms and conditions and now the package is there when i was no longer there. The worst service ever

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately cannot cancel it or recall it from transit. In these cases, the available option is to complete the return process after delivery: once the package is received, we can start the return and refund procedure in line with our Return Policy.
