Ordered a bracelet with charms on 29th…
Ordered a bracelet with charms on 29th May specifically for Fathers days which stated delivery 7-15 days. Here we are on 22 June! Nothing received and the tracking says it’s at the sorting office in London - disgusting seeming as it was advertised on Facebook specifically targeting those looking for Father’s Day gifts.

Cannot cancel orders
Be sure you want your order. I canceled mine within 3 hours of placing it using their customer service email. Sent two more emails within 24 hours. Never got a reply. I finally went through PayPal and they responded saying it was already shipped. Never addressed my issue of not wanting the item anymore, nor getting a reply.

This company is a rip off people beware made a order a month ago and received nothing. And their customer service is a joke. Reporting them to the BBB and all social media don't waste your money cause you won't get nothing.
