Ordered several tops

Scam & false advertisement.

Poor customer service and response. I placed an order at beginning of November 2021. I knew shipping might be longer than normal. But, as of March 9, 2022, I still have not received that order! Even after communicating with them several times and they made numerous promises to ship out new order. They did issue me a refund - but would have preferred getting my items.

I love Melelly. I've ordered tops from them a few times and yes, they take a while to arrive, but when they do I love them. They fit perfectly and are exactly what they advertise. I will continue to order!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The quality of the products are nothing as they appear in the Ads! I placed an order for four products equaling $150. Not one was of decent quality. All very poor materials and fit!! I was able to salvage one. When I tried to return the others it went nowhere! I was offered a refund of $22 for my entire order such a random ridiculous amount! There is absolutely no return address anywhere! They say they are a US company, but that is not true. They my ship product from a warehouse here in the US but the product is made elsewhere and it took weeks to receive it. They have really cute styles on their ads, but they are so misleading and not at all what you will receive. Run from this company!!! Save yourself frustration and grief they are absolutely terrible!!

I love this comfortable stylish shirt! My only issue was it had no washing instructions. I am very happy with it overall.

I ordered from this company after verifying it was a USA company only to find out merchandise was being shipped from China! Order took 2 months to receive and shirts aren't sized correctly and quality of construction is very poor. I've tried 4 times to get a return shipping label with no luck. 1st they offered me $20.00 for a $108.00 order, most recent cash back offer was $48.00. I've let them know again this is unacceptable. It seems to be impossible to make a return to this company and get a full refund. This company should be avoided. If they ever do make this transaction right I'll update my review.
Last communication from them was either accept a $60.00 refund or return the merchandise to a Dubai address at a very high return shipping price. 2 weeks have passed and I still haven't received the $60.00 refund that I finally agreed upon. AVOID THIS SELLER!

I love everything I’ve ordered. The shipping is kind of slow, but that’s ok. Everything was nicer than I expected.

I ordered November 27th and have still not received my package. Dec 2nd shows a label was printed but no items had been received at the facility. No other details since then. Do not order from this site. Stick with made in the USA!

My order took a solid 8 weeks to arrive but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items. The fabrics are substantial and the printing is good quality. I wish it didn't take so long, but it helps to know that it will take a long time. I would order again.

I would have given 5 stars, but my order of two sweaters took two months to arrive. Both sweaters are soft and fit as expected, they are beautiful!

I love the fit and look of the tops. I get so many compliments on the tops that I have purchased from Melelly a couple of times now. The only downfall is it takes on average 2 months to receive the items. I've ordered twice now and it was easily 8 to 10 weeks to receive the items. So don't be in a hurry. But it is worth the wait.

The clothes were nothing as described. Took over a month and a half to get them. Said they were made in the USA and they were clearly made in China. Sizes were not correct and I even ordered up a size. When I asked for a refund they offers $35 for my $100 order! Garbage and liars. Do not order from them!!!

All of the sweaters that I ordered I love and the fit is great! Defiantly will buy a couple more shirts.

I have ordered twice from twice from this company. I order a medium. The quality is very nice and fits me perfect. I will order again and again.

I wish there were negative stars. This is a completely bogus company and DO NOT CALL the 919 number!!! I placed an order in September, emailed every month and got a "shipping issues" response. Today I tried to call the 919 number in other reviews...it is somewhere out of the US and while I was on the phone to get a refund I was getting email alerts from my credit card company that gift cards were being purchased on my account. I've had to call and change all bank, credit card, etc. accounts as well as writing off the $156. I was originally charged. THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY...DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ORDER FROM MELELLY!!!!!

I wasn’t happy about the shipping, it took 2 months. The sweaters and the beautiful black shirt I ordered an extra large which is a little bigger than I order but the sweaters fit perfect and the black shirt is absolutely beautiful and everything fits wonderfully.
