It was just a straightforward, easy experience from start to finish. Ordering was a breeze, the update emails were clear and the package arrived quickly and in great condition. Definitely a reliable company to work with.
I really wasn't expecting the service to be quite this seamless. From the moment I placed the order to when it was delivered, everything went smoothly and without a hitch. I haven't tested it yet, but the product looks and smells great so far.

I've ordered from them multiple times now and every transaction has been completely smooth, delivery is quick, they communicate well if anything is unavailable, and their packaging shows they care about the customer experience. I even get the odd little something included.

It's all a scam. Try somewhere else. You'll end up doing a chargeback through your bank to get the funds back. All of their reviews are self made. All within the last month with no grammar errors in the reviews. Each account holder for the reviews has only done one review. This is just a scam and if you passed year one, you won't buy a thing. They don't even sell the needles required for this stuff?

Shipping was fast (express landed quicker than expected) and communication was on point, they actually respond like real people, not copy-paste support.
You can tell they care about quality and reputation, not just pumping out product. If you’re looking for a legit Aussie supplier that takes things seriously, these guys are it. Will definitely be ordering again.
