Poor customer service
Shoes arrived delayed, which may be due to the delivery service, but the ordered shoes didn't fit, although I own a similar pair from the same house and same size that fits! Return policy very poorly described, wrote an email to get a return number as described in policy, but the answer is unintelligible and didn't help at all. Very disappointed.
