Pretty solid site tbh. Games load fast, love the three barrels one. Redemption was okay but they asked for like two pics of my ID which was annoying. Chat guy was chill tho and got my redemption so 5 stars from me. All you can ask for these days.

Scam scam scam. I deposited and got it to $100. I verified and was immediately kicked out of my account. When I went to log back in I got a notice that my account has been closed!!

They force you to play until you either achieve a balance over $100 and can redeem, or $30 and can buy more packages. They don't let you buy more unless you have less than $30. So if you have between $30 and $100, they just keep your money and you're stuck in limbo. Total scam. STAY AWAY.

This site is very predatory. If you buy a pack, they won't let you buy subsequent packs unless you have less than 10SC balance. This basically forces you to keep playing and hope to get lucky to reach the 100SC + to cash out, or to lose it all.

I got the welcome $50 pack, and feel scammed. My balance was up to 80 SC. I had hoped to buy another pack to play through, and then redeem my balance. I had this 50 SC taken from my due to a very dishonest SC casino policy.

Due to the predatory policies and practices of this site, I cannot recommend it. Save your money, and go elsewhere!

My redemption took 7 days - however it was my fault because I didn't see the email to verify my documents. My $1000 was in my bank account within minutes after I sent them my documents. They were very nice even after I sent them multiple messages accusing them of scamming. This is a legit casino.

I honestly really enjoyed megaspinz. I think they're fair with their wins. And honestly I've had better luck on their site then I have any other site.. Based on my experience and reviews from others, some individuals have reportedly waited up to 20 business days for payments as small as $100. This pattern raises serious concerns about transparency and business practices. I will update this review if I receive any portion of the funds, but at this point I am prepared for the possibility of a total loss, including any pending amounts. Proceed with caution.

Update I took a 100% loss and they claimed that I had another account that got a $5 bonus so that would forfeit my $2,400 winnings and that they were sorry for the $1,700 that I lost and that nothing could be done

This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend to an enemy. Plenty of trusted and established social casinos to play at, no reason whatsoever to waste time with this place. Rtp is abysmal and the small wins when your balance is near 0 reeks of manipulated rng's, historical play, and dynamic rtp. All of which work against the player and are illegal in regulated slots. 0/10 definitely avoid.

Well let's see out of 30 dollars I barely ever won. One of the games that I play on other platforms i couldn't even stop the spin on the bonus when I wanted to but I could stop a normal spin. Every other platform that I play cheeky fruit on you can stop the spin on the bonus plus they were constantly giving me 3 respins but I never hit on the responsibility and I never even get response on the same game on other platforms. Megaspinz is a mega scam. How do these places get away with operating like this. Is there a place that can hold them accountable? I won but still not paid. I’m more worried about my personal information I shared with these scam artists.

Support is rude. RTP is really low on this site. After spinning back over $3,000, reaching gold tier, I reached out to support and told them I had spent and lost quite a bit. They responded with “not much we can do about that.”

I’ve closed my account and chargebacks have been filed. Scam casino, terrible support, and their platform looks like a kid made it. Only reason I even played here is due to the games. Only positive thing is their game selection.

I signed up for this site and submitted my verification documents on October 14. No progress was made and when I contacted support they told me there was an “issue” and they told me to simply create a new account.

Obviously if I were to create a new account I would be in violation of the TOS.

Support Won't Complete Verification

Won $323 on my first deposit and it shows I am eligible to cash out, however support has refused to review my verification documents even with multiple followups and sending my verification documents to their support email. There are several new sites that seem to have issues specifically with cashing out but not anything else... I will happily update my review if or when they decide to actually verify my account. But given the only other review is an identical issue to mine I would absolutely hold off on using this site until there are multiple users who have gotten redemptions. Support doesn't completely ignore emails fia their Facebook page but they keep saying "You can play but you can't cash out due to a system error" like that just solves everything right?

UPDATE: After repeatedly contacting support through there Facebook page they were willing to bypass the website verification after sending my bank statement and ID via email, then asked for my bank account and routing number to send my winnings to through facebook. I wasn't very confident it would work out, so I sent them my Chime Account info (which I don't keep a balance in) and they did actually send me the full $323 that arrived today. I'm fairly shocked they did actually pay out the winnings, although when I open the website I see that my verification is still incomplete. If anyone else sees this review in the same situation contacting support and emailing the documents seems to be at least a 1 time possible solution. Although I did have to post a review before it was attended to. When they are able to figure out the verification bug on the website I may consider playing again.

Avoid, as far as I am concerned this is a scam. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to look at my verification documents. Never gonna be able to redeem. Pointless scam site.
