From ordering to delivery which was well packaged and also an added bonus of free packet of sweets and a can of flavoured water which was very nice. I would recommend.

We always ensure our parcels are securely packed ready for delivery, however we cannot always guarantee the parcel is handled with care at the couriers depot. The team were in contact as soon as they were made aware of the damage and I can see a replacement was sent out to yourself completely free of charge. 5 stars for products, but none for courier…
I have given this review 5 stars just because of the prices of the items purchased.However the company were let down by the terrible service of DPD the couriers.My order was placed on November 24th and sent to DPD for delivery, originally given delivery date of 25th, then 26th, then the 28th, and 29th before it turned up Sunday 30th at 5.30pm.They even stated that they had tried to deliver but couldn't, even at this time of year very disappointing, a pity DPD did not get there facts straight

Missing an item
overall, it was good as my order came in good time, but was disappointed because one of the boxes was missing a can and was soaking wet, i’m assuming because a can got damaged, but there was no mention of this to me

Pointless
I ordered twelve items. The payment went through. Later that day, one item was refunded. Today, more items were refunded. Now every single item has been refunded as they were apparently all out of stock.

The response states delivery attempts were made. This is incorrect; I am housebound so I wouldn't have missed a delivery. No attempted delivery notice was left. As I stated, the products were out of stock according to the emails I was sent. Nothing about delivery was mentioned! I always answer phone calls and no one contacted me about attempted delivery.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. After looking into your order and tracking, I can see that the courier has attempted to deliver your order multiple times, however, with no answer, at which point the carrier has decided to return the parcels back to us.
The tracking also one of the boxes was damaged and couldn't be returned. Further to this, we tried getting in touch with yourself, however, we weren't able to get through.
Due to these events, we decided to process a full refund for your order to ensure that this is dealt with and a resolution is provided in a timely manner.
