placed multiple orders, including golf caps, shirts, and shorts. i am genuinely impressed with the material, stitching, and quality. My products were delivered right on time and i am very satisfied with the services from Tim. It was overall a great experience.

I paid Mega Apparel $1,155 on November 28, 2025 for the production of 70 custom leggings based on designs and specifications I submitted. After payment was confirmed, I provided all requested mockups and technical details required for production.
Over the following months, communication became inconsistent and updates on the order were limited. I repeatedly requested progress updates throughout December and January both by email and by text message with the project manager Tim P.
Samples were eventually provided, by photo, on February 3, 2026, but they did not match the approved designs that had been submitted for production.
I notified the company the same day and requested a refund due to the incorrect samples and failure to produce the agreed design as well as unprofessional communication. Over the following weeks I sent several follow-up messages requesting confirmation of a refund or a clear resolution plan.
The refund was declined and the order was not completed as originally designed. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the company for several months before posting this review. Currently the project manager has not responded to any of my communication over the past month even after promising to restore communication and deliver samples within 2 weeks of our last conversation.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company based on poor communication, lack of delivery of PAID products, and missed deadlines as a result. You could likely pay and that be the end of it...

I recently worked with Mega Apparel upon a recommendation. This company created jackets for my brand. I love how the fabric feels. Jackets are warm and stylish, just how I wanted. Most importantly, my shipment was on time. I was expecting it to be late since the production takes time but the team impressed me with its professionalism. Lastly, it was an excellent experience and i hope to work with these people again. It's been a pleasure working with Mega Apparel.

We are a Kids Clothing startup and opted Mega Apparel for all our manufacturing needs. In the beginning we weren't very sure if we had made the right decision since we couldn't physically meet Tim Parker (Project Manager from their side).
However, Tim proved himself to be extremely helpful throughout the process. He kept us in the loop all the time and lived up to his promise by delivering the complete range of clothing ON TIME.

I am happy that the suggestion worked well for me. I can describe each and every part of the product separately. I mean, the texture is very good, the fabric seems perfect, and the sizes are just perfect. I have already sold a few pieces, and the customers are loving the material, which is good for my business. The company's representative, Tim, I talked to over the calls helped me with everything, like design selection, fabric choices, unique selling propositions, and so on. All I can say is that they are very professional and don't let you waste any money. So, every penny I spent was worth it. Thanks a lot, Mega Apparel, for such good products and your services.
