Really easy process and wonderfully knowledgeable practitioner - so much easier than the painful process through a GP.

On need of travel vacs, I had no problem arranging an appointment. The clinician was efficient and competent with a lovely manner.

Nanette was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and informative. She explained the risks, pros and cons of the relevant vaccinations clearly and well so we could decide what we needed. The appointment was also spot on time so no hanging around.

The nurse we dealt with was excellent, giving us loads of advice regarding travelling to Egypt and on the vaccinations we should have.

Absolutely fantastic travel appointment and received excellent advice . Nanette was friendly knowledgeable and took time to explain everything clearly I left feeling confident and well prepared for my trip. Highly recommended thank you.

Really great helpful and understanding treatment.
I'd filled out the pre appointment form saying I was nervous about needles and the team member who saw me let me know straight away that they had read this and explained the process to put me at ease, if I wanted to lie down I could. I was there for vaccinations travel ti India, All of my options and the reasons were set out clearly, Everything explained well, questions answered, and all done quickly, simply and calmly with no fuss and no stress, it didn't hurt at all but I still felt hot and dizzy afterwards anyway and this was noticed, and dealt with calmly and sympathetically. I wasn't rushed, the window was opened to let in cool fresh air, I was offered the chance to lie down or sit quietly, but I was OK. I would completely recommend. Thank you.
