Poor to no response to medicine. Lost 3 lbs over the first 3 months. Was communicating with them and they refused to adjust dosage until the next 3 month shipment. Even then it was increased only as it had been increasing monthly before the request. I am sad sjnce this was a splurge for me on my fixed income and i am not showing any meaningful response. I have completely lost confidence in this brand.

They force everyone into a "subscription" for $349/mo without clear warning and when called on it refuse to reimburse and will not provide the product as you canceled your "subscription".

Don't even think about doing business with these people. They are preying on your desperation for quick and safe weight loss.

There is no refund policy, period.

Getting out of your contract is like trying to get out of a timeshare.

When I complained that the medication that I was prescribed was completely ineffective they claimed it would be reviewed by a qualified individual. No one ever contacted me or followed up. They just went ahead and filled the prescription. When I asked what was going on they flat out lied and said my prescription has been adjusted accordingly. When pressed for specifics no actual changes had been made.

They sent it to the pharmacy, expecting me just to take another month's worth of ineffective treatment, So wouldn't have to eat the cost of not caring enough to follow up.

After many phone calls and completely losing all confidence and trust, I decided to cancel my prescription.

Trying to cancel the prescription is like going to a timeshare seminar, they will talk endlessly, escalate and repeat until they can wear you out and you give up. At the final boss level, I was told flat out. They stopped honoring a refund policy long ago. Despite the fact that if you check out their website, the refund policy says "The only thing you have to lose is your weight"

Also, be aware that they use compounding pharmacies. Look into the controversy of compounding pharmacies making glp drugs and decide for yourself.

Treatment ineffective in my case and they were unconcerned.

I AM AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER and it is snake oil !! I had absolutely NO APPETITE suppression in the first 3 weeks and actually GAINED WEIGHT !
I spoke to the doctor and she said until i waited 4 weeks and paid another $300 she could increase the dosage!! i have tried Ozempic and it works immediately! MEDVI IS A TOTAL SCAM don’t believe the false advertisement!!

I think this company is run by bots. Communication is difficult. They prescribe before you have an appointment. I don’t think this is safe.

The medicine did not work on me. I did not lose 1 pound on top of that. It made my arm break out and a serious rash. They agreed to give me a refund, but then changed their mind and denied it. I recommend do not use MEDVi for weight loss medicine. The only thing that I lost was $600. 

I ordered MedVi and there was no vile in the package, so I assumed the syringes were loaded.
I had to wait to start because my husband had a big surgery and I was concerned about feeling bad and needing to take care of him. I communicated with MedVi and told them I had to delay my start date. Then when it came time to start using the medication, I realized the syringes were empty and I contacted MedVi and they refused to send me the med or a refund. They said the reason they refused is because so much time has passed. They focused on the fact that I waited three months to start instead of focusing on the fact that the med failed to be in my shipment.
