The overall experience of the course was good. The trainers have been helpful in answer my questions and giving me feedback. When I needed an extension for the deadline due to the change in my family circumstances, they also responded quickly and grant my request.

Best place to study, self paced who h I love the trainers are very quick to assess or answer any questions.

Ease of being able to complete the course while working full time and the feedback I received from my trainers. The whole experience from start to finish was positive. I thought that I was too old to study but the positive feedback and help I received from the staff was beyond my expectations. If you are contemplating any study this organisation is the one to pick. Course work is very comprehensive and thorough and easy to understand- even if you haven't completed any study for many years.

Loved this course. The online course is easy to navigate with friendly and responsive trainers. Never had an issue. Would study through them again!

I found the certificate IV in Health Administration very informative and detailed. All modules were easy to follow and complete. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

I really enjoyed the course and it was very helpful to get the comments and guidance of the tutors when I needed a bit of help!

The course was great. If I had any questions they were answered straight away. Assignments were marked super fast and you had your results. Great feedback made it easy to amend any changes that need to be fixed. There was no waiting for the next assignment, it was there ready to go.

From the onset of the online course, I felt as though I had a team in the background helping when and if I needed it.
Any questions were answered quickly, as was the marking & feedback of the units which I submitted.
The feedback on questions which did not meet the pass criteria first time was clear and concise and helped me achieve the required answer to submit a pass answer.
I would be very happy to study under Medical Administration Training - Medtrain again.

Easy to navigate the system, however it would have been better to be able to download a PDF version of the learning material and a resource to keep to refer back to in future.

The communication with the MAT was straight forward, when I had any questions or concerns I was able to have them answered promptly. On the other hand with the trainers, I would have liked to be able to attend online forums and chat sessions to discuss some of the content as I struggled with comprehension. I had to turn to my friends and family to get help. I believe the trainer should be easily contactable to do this with.

I had a great experience doing this course, the information was good, the support was there if needed and the trainers were very quick to mark my work and give great feedback. My certificate was posted out as soon as completed. Very happy, highly recommend 😊

I enjoyed the course all staff were helpful and polite when I had to contact them
