Very excellent way in making you put all your anxieties to one side and focus on yourself. The scenarios really relax you and calm your mind.

This is the best guided imagery ever! My phone broke a few years back and I could not find these meditations anywhere! I have looked the last 2 years and finally found it again. I can listen to these over and over again and never get tired of listening. Truely amazing to listen to!

Meditation that actually works! Have tried others but the Meditainment Journeys are beautifully arranged with natural sounds and soft proffessional narating that I find really relax or motivate, according to which journey you choose. I live with chronic pain and have just been diagnosed with a heart condition, which has caused me extreme anxiety due to no appointments being available for treatment or surgery because of Covid. The meditative journeys for Pain Management and Calming of the Mind and Stress have been particularly helpful and so comforting and I look forward to bedtime so that I can drift away with the help of the Falling Asleep journey, instead of laying in bed wide awake, in pain, and uncomfortable, like I did before I found Meditainment!

fantastic app, I just love the lady's voice

I Am still on a trial from Meditainment but once trial has finished I will be buying package , as I’m so enjoying the voyages and find them so relaxing. Particularly like the gentleness of the voices associated with each voyage. Really helped me to unwind at the end of the day and certainly helps me to get to sleep . So glad I discovered Meditainment and look forward to what voyages are ahead 🙂

some of the best meditations you can get, and even better in bite sized chunks. you get to visit lots of wonderful relaxing locations, my fav is the spa, pure bliss, but the tropical island is amazing too. hoping that they will record many more :)

Absolutely excellent and the best meditation I've tried particularly helping to fall asleep. Both my husband and I love falling asleep to one of the many great guided sections. We prefer the guided ones to the non guided ones.
The only reason I'm not giving a 5* score is the actual app. It is not 100% reliable, it's too temperamental and far too frequently just doesn't work at all at night. I get a blank screen as it happened the last two nights. Meditainment are very good in getting back on email with advice but I don't want to have to download the segments as I paid for and prefer to use the actual app. These days apps work so well so I don't understand why Meditainment can't get it sorted? I wish they could as I love the app otherwise!

Found this really useful for getting me back on an even keel from some of the difficulties we are all facing currently. Highly recommended.

I use the sleep meditative journey each night and I fall asleep so quickly and easily. I know longer have to take over-the-counter meds to help fall asleep. So grateful for Meditainment!

I bought a lifetime membership years ago and tried to login the other night and received account suspended notice. I have contacted Meditainment.com twice with no reply. I have used the site for years to relax at night when my lupus flairs. I have an autoimmune disorder and the site has helped me for years and now suspended???? I will change back to 5 stars when or if the issue is resolved! Update: Meditainment reached out to me and has now helped resolve the issue with my account. I now have access and I appreciate the time they have taken to resolve the issue! Be blessed!
