I loved the ONE “Falling asleep, free meditation but it was so difficult to get in, I just could do it thru the original mail

This meditation series has been very helpful to me with my anxiety issues.

My 3 year old son and I listen to meditainment each night before bed. The meditations are truly beautiful and relaxing. My favourite is the canoe one.

I enjoyed the meditation

As someone who is new to meditation, I found this website really simple to use and navigating is easy.
The meditations are great - very relaxing and soothing, plus there's a good selection of experiences depending on how much time you have.
My only small suggestion for improvement is that sometimes the bird noises were a bit loud and surprising which momentarily disturbed me (but this is a tiny thing). The narrator has a very nice voice!

Loved the free relaxations. Takes you to another calm place. Going to buy the life time package. I have recommended this to people at work too.

Amazing site. By far my favorite and only regular go-to meditations for any mood, need or situation.

Extremely helpful in helping me sleep and calm before I have to go out. As I suffer from agoraphobia.

Sadly didn't suit me. Voice didn't relax me.
Breathing sounds realistic thing to focus on but overall not got me.

I love your meditations. I don’t like how the voice in the meditations go soft and then loud in different segments. I was playing them for my clients during their reiki healing sessions that I was facilitating and I had to stop and turn the volume either up or down off and on during the meditation. My clients were commenting on that as well. They loved the meditations but the sound seems to go too loud then too quiet with the voice. Other than that, they are Perfect!!

I only recently started to have Reike and I enjoy it ..my daughter lives in Hawaii and she meditates every day she told me that I should try it so I have and I find it very good for myself as I have been a very busy grandma and daughter to an eldly mother so the stress can be a lot and relaxing had been very good for me

Meditainment is an amazing site and I am so grateful I found it. There are a lot of guided meditations out there, but for me, theirs are by far the best. The mix of relaxing music, nature sounds and pleasant, soft voice are perfect. Whenever I have trouble sleeping or I get monkey brain, I tune into meditainment and it always distracts me, helps me relax and even fall asleep. I have been using it for years now and I find that the one-off payment is more than fair for the service they provide. Hope they add some more meditations in the future!

The pain relief meditation is the best I have found so far.Soothing voice ,easy to follow and temporary relief.I got up at 2am to get relief this morning.I do this meditation2 to 3 times a day as nothing seems to relieve my sciatica .

The meditation journey is a great idea and I like love the visualisations but I dislike the female voice. It sounds kind of harsh to me and that’s why I stopped listening. Also the long introduction to each meditation is always the same and I’d rather not hear it.

i can really imagine as the narration happen! the listening is smooth and at good speed!

Great meditation. Works most every time.
