Justice for Blanche Odia Kandolo Tunasi – We demand transparency

We need answers regarding the death of Blanche Odia Kandolo Tunasi. The death certificate states she died at Medistanbul, yet there has been no clear proof or transparency about the circumstances. As a medical institution, Medistanbul has a duty to provide verifiable information to the family and public. Silence only deepens suspicion. We demand evidence, accountability, and justice.

This hospital caused the death of one…

This hospital caused the death of one of my compatriots, Blanche Tunasi, in June 2024. However, they issued a death certificate stating that they did not receive her passport, and the information provided is incorrect. As Congolese, we seek clarification on this matter.

Madame Blanche Tunasi

Madame Blanche Tunasi, de nationalité congolaise (République Démocratique du Congo), est décédée dans votre hôpital le 11 juin 2025. Nous avons été informés qu’un faux certificat de décès aurait été établi. Nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous délivrer le véritable certificat de décès, afin de connaître la cause réelle de son décès.

Çok pahalı ve memnun kalmadım

11.07.2025 tarihinde saat 16:35-17:15 arasında Medistanbul Sultangazi Hastanesi acil servisine başvurdum. Acil servis doktoru, muayenemi 1 dakikadan kısa sürede tamamlayıp hemen serum verilmesi gerektiğini söyledi. Hangi serumun uygulandığı belirtilmeden işlem yapıldı ve toplamda 6600 TL kredi kartı ile ödeme yaptım (2500 TL muayene, 4100 TL serum).

Tedavi sonrasında aradan 10 saat geçmesine rağmen şikayetlerimde herhangi bir iyileşme olmadı, aksine öksürüğüm arttı ve kendimi daha kötü hissetmeye başladım. Bu kadar kısa sürede yapılan bir muayene ve etkisiz bir tedavi için bu kadar yüksek ücret ödemek beni hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Daha önce bu hastaneye birkaç kez gitmiş olmama rağmen ilk kez böyle bir durumla karşılaşıyorum.

Hastaneden, yaşadığım mağduriyetin giderilmesi için ücretsiz muayene hakkı tanınmasını veya ödediğim ücretin iadesini talep ediyorum.
