Truly a 5 star experience every time. I have been coming here for nearly 10 years and I have never been disappointed, in fact my expectations have consistently been exceeded. I recommend Medispa-28 to all who will listen to me (not sure how many actually listen to my drivel). I can’t rate this clinic highly enough, super knowledgeable team and always friendly, welcoming and comforting. Even though I now live over 2 hours away, I would never dream of going anywhere else!

The best thing about MediSpa28 is the personal service you get from all the staff. I have had different procedures and have never felt pressured to have anything. A comprehensive explanation is always given and the after treatment is superb.
We also had our daughters hen do in the Spa. It was an amazing and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the treatments available. The setting is idyllic and certainly made the day one to remember. Visit here if you can!!!

I have been going to Medispa28 now from almost day one (many years) it’s not just a treatment visit, it’s an experience and a 5* one at that. You are made to feel so welcome, service second to non and a great atmosphere to be in. I moved to Dubai with an unlimited amount of clinics to visit but every time I choose to only visit here on every single visit home. I don’t plan on changing that either. Service is amazing, staff amazing, treatments amazing, facilities amazing!!!

I have felt confident in Barbara’s knowledge and abilities since I first spoke with her. Barbara didn’t ‘sell’ me treatments it was a conversation about what I thought I would like and whether in fact that was a best plan for me. Barbara listened advised and then with more knowledge I was able to make a better more informed decision. I have returned several times and have always been very happy.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Medi Spa every time I’ve visited and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome and at ease. The staff are absolutely lovely. Barbara and Dan lead by example and the staff are professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference.

I’ve had various treatments all carried out to a very high standard, and everything is explained clearly so you feel confident and comfortable throughout. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do, and the attention to detail really shows.

I have been visiting Medispa28 regularly over the last year for laser facials. The service is excellent the staff are always professional, friendly and helpful, I’m very happy with the results. Can’t wait to visit again and maybe even try some different treatments.
