Great customer service, including giving a timely response. I'm consistently amazed watching this happen given the "normal" business world these days. They sort out your needs and what will be the best plan, without having a vested interest for personal gain. The big question asked of me each enrollment year is, "What will my plan do for me?" I first used this service years ago and continue to appreciate the flexibility on their part, to connect via text, e-mail, snail mail, or by phone. A close friend recommended them years ago and I remain deeply grateful for this referral.

What I LOVED the most and the reason I chose to get assistance from Troy was in his introduction email, he simply gave his name and offered assistance if and when I needed it. Medicare Life Group is an excellent choice for all your insurance needs! I have been with them for two years and cannot say enough good things about this firm. Troy Bacchus, and his staff, are true professionals; they listen to the customers and are able to make recommendations as to the best plan for your specific needs. He and his staff are well versed and familiar with the latest Medicare rules as well as specific details of each plan.

My most recent personal experience involves a particular drug (prescribed by my cardiologist) and was informed the cost would now be $524! That is ridiculous especially since I just retired and am a fixed income – what to do? Need the drug so only choice is to purchase out of the country or without using the drug plan, I pay for each month. When discussed with Troy Bacchus, he suggested submitting a Tier exception form. After he explained the process, sent me the form and conversed with the doctor’s office, the tier exception (never heard about this before) was approved, thereby saving me a lot of money for this pill over the course of the year.

Besides this cost savings, Troy Bacchus knows about as much about generic equivalents as the doctors office and he is the best – not your typical 9 to 5, Monday thru Friday person; very responsive as is his staff.
