My experience was excellent! Adam was very helpful. I am very pleased with the plan he offered.

Dreading what I thought would be so confusing and very expensive, I emailed into their website and received an immediate call from Robert Taylor on a late Friday afternoon. He took all the time needed to explain and re-explain things, haha. I chose his recommendations based on my personal situation and it was streamlined and accomplished well and better than I imagined. Growing older is not fun but having help like this is so appreciated.

UPDATE: Anthem declined me because I had three or more blood pressure medications in the last year. So I guess Robert didn't know that my application was a waste of time - and it was LONG application to fill out together. I liked him, but I was not approved so this process was a waste of time for me.

The broker was very thorough and I appreciate everything that he told us

I was very apprehensive about talking to a representative over the phone about my very personal information. But let me tell you that Teri Copeland from T & Z was simply amazing! She calmly reassured me that my fears were unfounded and that I was under NO pressure to sign up with her. She guided me through the entire process and saved me about $2,800 annually. She was thorough and proceeded at a pace that I was completely comfortable with. I learned so much from her and then I went out and recruited a bunch of friends to give her a call as well! Terri Copeland is the best!

Robert Taylor answered all my questions about differences in medicare plans, and identified some considerations I hadn't thought of. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and will recommend his services to others when opportunity arises.

Jennifer. She took the time to explain things. You all know that the process is overwhelming. You should let each agent record the legalese. It would allow each agent more time to explain vital information that allows the customer to make an educated decision. We would all like more agency in this process. Thank you.
