I didn't have to wait long to have a representative get on the call. Jarrad was awesome! He talked me through the whole process, as I am new and had not yet even applied for Medicare. We discussed my desires and found the right plan for me. In addition, he sent me a link for the Medicare application process.

Sherri Mack did a wonderful with getting us signed up with the lowest Insurance plan possible. She as very patience with my wife and I as we are not very efferent with our phones friendly people like Sherri are hard to find.

I had a clear idea of what I wanted and the agent listened and presented a plan that I could afford and one that would protect me my circumstances were to change.
