Elizabeth is very responsive and patient with my enquiry. She managed to respond to my questions shortly with detailed answers. The experience in showroom was also wonderful, felt relaxed to try the products and got plenty of information that allows us to make a good decision.

Cannot believe how fast the salesperson, Liz, responded to my request and helped making the offer with my budget. I finally made a decision to purchase the massage chair at around 10:00am, and the delivery lorry arrived at my front door on the same day at 3:30pm. Splendid!

I just bought JP-1000 and had a positive experience with the company's customer service. Elizabeth, in particular, was knowledgeable about the product and provided helpful suggestions during the purchasing process.

The only downside was that the delivery was delayed, but I was pleased with the professionalism and tidiness of the delivery team. My only suggestion for improvement would be for the team to take the packaging with them.

Overall I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend this company to others.

One of the greatest assets the company has is the sale person, Elizabeth. I paid for the Chair without informing my children. When they got to know, they were angry and thought that I have been scammed. That really made me anxious. Elizabeth was able to talk me out of my anxiety and the chair was delivered at recorded time. The staff who brought the chair were very good at their work. The chair itself is out of this world. Very good, the massaging sends me th sleep. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who may want this luxury in his/her home.

I had a most helpful person walk me through everything we fan into a few problems with I/Ban numbers and Elizabeth redirected to France and any time I called she was very professional and most courteous,she explained everything so simply and it put me at ease,

Begining from the booking for trying in showroom, all the way to received my massage chair and installed in my room, the service is fantastic. I bought the Fujiiryoki Massage Chairs JP2000, it's powerful and really deep massage compared with the one I used, really impressed with the product and services.

This amazing chair is far superior than any other chair Ive tried. It goes so deep, you can make it even deeper and deeper than deeper! Its made my back aches disappear and my husband adores this also! It beats all the other massage chairs, I read about this and waited it to arrive to the uK for over 2 years! I am proud of this as it reaches areas I though impossible and the range of options and techniques is heavenly . If I continued to pay for a weekly massage , it would soon pay for this. After much research I short listed one: The Fujiiryoki JP-1100. Making contact with their UK authorised dealer was a charm. Superb customer support, thank you Elizabeth, highly informative website and surprisingly no supply chain issues; my chair, in colour of my choice, dispatched from stock the next day.

It’s been in my possession now only two days but the chair affords the most incredible and varied massages. The chair looks great as quality furniture, it doesn’t overwhelm the room. Durability and reliability are prime concerns for obvious reasons but I have every confidence, given the company’s history, the confidence the manufacturer place in their product with the warranty, that the chair will be a rewarding purchase.

I bought the Fujiiryoki JP 2000 massage chair for my mother, who has suffered with lower back pain and muscle contractions for years. Thankfully, the patient research into finding the best 'made in Japan' medical grade massage chair, has definitely ticked all the boxes.

The product itself, appears to be of the highest quality and has a user friendly remote controller that even has an interactive voice guidance mode, which is useful feature that helps to get the most from the chair. Brilliant, so far.

I suffer from a lower back problem which causes me sciatica pain. While waiting for my GP to make a MRI scan appointment, I decide to find a massage chair to relax my back muscles because I work long hours on a computer every day. After some research on the internet, I contacted Fujiiryoki and leant that their massage chairs are made in Japan and the Fujiiryoki JP models have a medical certificate. I bought the 5D AI model and have used it for a few days now. My lower back muscle is not aching anymore and the sciatica pain has improved. I have had this back problem for more than 3 months; neither painkiller nor body massage helped. I am so grateful that the Fujiiryoki massage chair can improve my pain in such a short time, although I still need to have a MRI scan to find the cause of my pain.
I bought another very famous brand of massage chair for my father which can’t be compared with the JP massage chair in terms of its technologies and functionalities. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs a decent massage chair to relax a tired body!

The Inada massage chair was bought as a present for a specific date and although the point of delivery was a 440 mile round trip, the company met the deadline; aside from which they went to great lengths to do so even though they had no other deliveries anywhere near the area.

Marie, the salesperson, was very knowledgable about the product and was very thorough in her updates on delivery and assurances that it would arrive on time, in spite of it being a Bank Holiday weekend.

When it did arrive, it was touch and go whether it would get through the door. Although a tight fit, John, the delivery driver, went to great trouble to ensure it did unscathed.

The chair hasn't been put through its paces yet but if it is half as good as the pre and after sales service, it is going to be a winner.
