Worst customer service ever experienced. Purchased in Oct 2025 and have never received my product, despite numerous emails to them asking for a refund.. Pure cowboys who robbed my Dad of his pension money

I asked to arrange for a collection/return/refund. Being that the item was useless at best.
Informed a refund could not be issued until I had sent a video of the package and item. I informed them that was NOT possible due to health conditions. Resulting in my being completely and utterly ignored, with no chance whatsoever of my money being refunded. I therefore, have no compunction reiterating it is a SCAM. Resulting in they should be avoided at all costs. Otherwise it will cost YOU for sure!
The delay in review was due to the hope the situation could be resolved but, obviously no chance of that.

Never received refunds loads of e mails but nothing. WILL NEVER use this company again

Had to wait weeks for this to be delivered must have taken 6 weeks or more. When it arrived it never worked and I contacted their customer service by emails, months went by after many many emails they agreed to send a replacement, that's a joke it's a time wasting ploy, that 90 day guarantee (3 months) is worthless. Do not buy this product you are throwing your money away.

BE WARNED - EXACTLY HOW OTHERS HAVE DESCRIBED ONLY PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS STAR I WOULD. I HAVE INFORMED MY BANK AND THEY ARE TAKING UP THE DISPUTE. I WAS OFFERED 20% LIKE OTHERS. I THOUGHT IF THIS IS A COMPANY BASED IN THE EU THEN THEY WILL HAVE VERY SIMILAR LAWS TO THE UK..... I HAVE WRITTEN IN CAPS ON PUROSE BECAUSE THE CHANCES ARE YOU ARE AN OLDER PERSON, POSSIBLY IN A LOT OF PAIN AND NEED TO SEE THINGS CLEARLY. CHRIS

Sadly, I agree with others who found the Medene foot massager overpriced and not fit for purpose. I previously purchased this product and attempted to get a refund. Initially, I was offered a 20% refund with the option to keep the item. However, at £39.99, I felt entitled to a full refund. Since insisting on a full refund, the company has stopped responding. 1 star is too generous.

Spent months trying to get a refund for compression gloves, which are very poor quality. Medene said they could not refund as replacements had been sent. These did not arrive

Shocking customer service. Buyer beware! Same as the previous post. Sent a video as parent not satisfied and no refund received and still in dispute.

I ordered a pair of arthritic gloves because I do suffer
badly in my hands. Medene made wonderful claims for a pair of their gloves. Don’t go near them. Very late delivery month overdue, exorbitant price £29.99 and they are nothing but a pair of cotton gloves, absolutely no use at all. You can by a pair that work for less than £10.00 anywhere on the web. Don’t touch this company with one penny of your money. I personally think they are a scam company. Unless they can prove otherwise.

Stay clear of this website and don't give it time by looking at there website. They send you fake things and when you want to return them they won't send you the returns label or let you return it. They offer you a refund then don't send you the refund to your bank and ignore your emails. If you try calling it got straight to a voicemail.

My wife bought the foot massager, doesnt work, they will not reply to emails, they said it was a sale product in the info & then you read they will not refund sale products. This is a definite scam organisation that should be reported to the police, but of course its in France so you dont stand a chance of any refunds.

What can I say about this firm.
Do not even go on this site , before you get a chance you have bought and paid for 3 items with more in the pipeline according to my bank.
I have received I may which is neither use nor ornament.

In my opinion it’s a scam.

Absolute rubbish. The foot massager took over 2 weeks to arrive - then I was charged for 2 - and only one ever arrived.... and I only wanted one. Numerous emails to 'Camille' at the firm asking for a refund of the '2nd' machine that never arrived - replied to a couple of my emails but wanted a photo of what I had received-why??? They got a photo but still no response from them and no refund

Do not buy from this company. The products are cheap item you can get from temu and they won’t take returns or give you your money back. Awful company. £100 lost on items that are worth £26 altogether.

Late delivery have emailed them about 10 times now to arrange for it to be collected box damaged and it's not worth the money can buy it from amazon cheaper

This company are a right scam .they took 2 payments out of my bank for 1 item sent , and surprise surprise, now they are not replying to any of my emails. I am £79.99 down in my bank for a useless product that probably isn’t worth £10.
When I contacted my bank when they first took the payments, they said they had tried taking a third payment which the bank had blocked. Something needs to be done about these companies ripping us all off of our hard earned money. Please avoid like the plague. I don’t hold much hope of getting my money back.

The product took time to arrive. When I received it, I was surprised how cheap the foot masager is. I paid 49.99 but it's being sold for 6.00 euros in Shein. It says in their return policy that Sale items cannot be refunded. Because the product was advertised 99 euros but sale price is 49.99, I cannot get a refund. Very disappointing
