Everything went completely as expected and normal, so I'm giving it a 5

I ordered the Mad Lions Mad 60 HE Hall-effect keyboard urgently to replace my broken one; instead, I received an Aula F75. The outer box was even labeled “Mad 60 HE,” so it was clear from the start that the wrong keyboard had been shipped. After placing the order, I spent days on the phone—ten frustrating calls—to Blue Dart customer care, only to be told repeatedly that everything was fine. When I finally went to pick up the package, I discovered the mistake in person.

Not only did the seller ship the wrong model, but Blue Dart’s tracking and scan records showed no indication of an error or any accountability for their mix-up. I needed this keyboard immediately; my old one stopped working. Now the product I’ve been waiting for is unusable, and the seller has given me no firm guarantee that they have the correct Mad 60 HE in stock, nor a reliable timeline for replacement.

I reached out to request either the correct keyboard or a refund, but the responses have been vague, offering no clarity on inventory or dispatch dates. If they can’t send the model I ordered, why am I expected to return a completely different keyboard? And if I do keep the Aula F75, I won’t have valid proof-of-purchase for future RMA or warranty service.

Overall, this has been a disappointing experience from start to finish—wrong product, zero accountability from both seller and courier, and no clear path to resolution. I cannot recommend this seller or Blue Dart’s service until they drastically improve their order accuracy and customer support.

Pathetic service. Have been trying to buy something from them, I am being bounced around email to calls from past 8 days. Just now their customer care hung up on my face and switched off the phone.

I had a great experience buying a mechanical keyboard from Meckeys.com. I first bought an 80% keyboard with cash on delivery. I wasn't happy with it, so I contacted customer care. They said I could exchange it for another one with a Rs 300 deduction. They scheduled a pickup, and the keyboard was collected.

However, I didn't get a refund because they said COD orders can't be refunded. After a few emails, they offered me a coupon for the full value. I used this to buy another keyboard.

Overall, it was a very good experience. They have good customer support and a return option. They also sell on Amazon.in, but prices may be different there.

Ordered an item and received it within 4 days, ordered another and received it within 3 days. Exceptional delivery and attention to detail. Would easily recommend it.

I purchased the RKH81 recently and its truely amazing probably the best keyboard in that price range.
the south facing rgb's are pleasant with no strain to the eye. The tactile brown switches give both a good sound and feel. And everything is highly customizable

I ordered an Arion Deskmat and was surprised to find the quality of the product. It's very well made, and the delivery was fast and prompt. Solid site would recommend.

I bought the Keychron V1 recently from them, during Pre-Order the price was amazing. The service is amazing, superfast delivery, just within a day. The packaging box is easy to open and looks really nice, the product wasn't damaged in any way. Superb Experience with meckeys.com, recommend everyone buying any keyboards or any accesories.

Last year I ordered a Ducky mini one 2 keyboard, the shipment and delivery were precisely on time and there were no delays in my case. Overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend this site

Worst customer service, they don't care about service quality at all, avoid buying from them.

I had ordered a glorius model o from meckeys and the order status still says its processing even after days. there is no way to cancel your order when the status is says processing (I think, since I don't find an option to cancel it).

The worst online store i have ever witnessed,they refuse to reply to my mails with an answer rather they keep on typing those generic responses,they fail to deliver their promises(one of them being the skyloong keyboards) they took money in the name of preorders in july'21 and at the time of writing this review it is 25th oct'21 and yet they haven't gooten their hands on the keyboard shipment.

They sent me a defective product, on contacting them, they asked me to try it with a different cable, it didn't work with a different cable as well, so when I tried contacting them, they stopped replying to my mails.

Ordered a keyswitch tester, just to test out the various switch types before buying a 150-200$ keyboard. Order was supposed to reach me in 2 days. It's been a week, they haven't even processed the order, let alone ship it. No replies to communication via social media. No messages about order delays or anything. At the end of the day, they took my money and ran, and I'm glad I only spent 5$ instead of 200$.

I pre ordered a glorious model O mouse but i cancelled it because the delivery date was getting pushed. It's been 3 weeks i haven't got refund yet. I tried sending mails but i haven't got reply. Don't trust them they don't even have a contact number.

Edit My issue is solved

I bought two products from mech keys I receive both of them but on my mouse giving me a problem in connectivity so after this I fill the RMA form for Product warranty after applying this and pay for collecting the package delivery guy came to my home, he took the product.
It's been more than 3 weeks I tried to send mails to them but none of them is responding NOW.

Be careful don't buy Meckeys.com is a hoax
