I was s little disappointed I did not have any Hamburg meat and I thought that was part of my package I hot chicken wings which I did not see in the deal. Feel like it was a substitute for my ground beef

Hi Dee... we never substitute anything for a customer that wasn't on the product description the moment they made the purchase for a specific product. That wouldn't be fair to the customer considering that customer purchased that product because of what it indicates on the product description. If for whatever reason we run short on an item which doesn't happen with the packages since we put them together prior to adding to inventory, rest assured the customer would be notified.
If you would like you can contact us and we can go over the items you received according to what the package online lists. We would be more than happy to do that with you. You made your purchase on 1/31/21. On that date below was the product description for the Meat Lovers package you purchased. In regards to ground beef? The Meat Lovers pack has not had ground beef in it since November of 2020. Possibly you purchased that pack in the past or mistakenly was confusing this pack with another?

I've order from Meats2U many times and love the quality of the meat. The chopped products are also very convenient for quick evening stir-frys.
Also, customer service is fantastic! Any issues I've had with shipping have always been corrected immediately.

What are you waiting for?
