Such a great company to deal with anything isn’t an issue with great service. Nick was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assist me with an issue.

Cannot rate highly enough. After years of unexpected charges, terrible customer service, being ignored, and feeling trapped I found Meaningful Planet. Still piggyback from the EE network, so the signal is fantastic, and at a fraction of the cost. I have travelled, EU data is free, oversees the phone stops and I can use my eSIM, I don’t come home to £400 bills. I feel like a valued customer and the team have been fantastic at problem solving and helping to move across. If I could provide 6 stars I would.

Fantastic service, ethical company. Really doing the right thing in a sector that doesn't always put customers first this firn does. Great plans, easy onboarding and nice clear commination. We have 2 plans with them, both work great.

Very good company and concept, saved money reduced my monthly bill by £50 and now 10% of my bill goes towards helping the UK wildlife trusts and their projects. Free roaming is amazing. Smooth transfer kept my number and great customer support. Highly recommend!

All my family are in the process of swapping or have a notification set up to let them know when there current contract is going to expire so they can move over to Meaningful Planet.

I have recently changed networks to Meaningful Planet after a recommendation from a friend. I was with my previous network for 20+ years and the costs had risen to a ridiculous amount. I was coming out of contract and looking for a change. I made the best decision to opt for Meaningful Planet. Not only is the monthly cost less than half of my previous monthly bill, the customer service is next to none and the change over was handled with no issues at all. I now have free roaming which I didn't have previously and that was great after a recent european break. They also support environmental projects that you can see the progress of on in their app. I have recommended Mindful Planet to friends and you also get a reduction on your bill for each recommendation. Genuinely couldnt ask for better.

I'm very new to this mobile network but I really like it so far, their ethics and environmental commitment are excellent and the customer service has been really good, Nick was really helpful when I had trouble moving my old number :)

Switching over to meaningful planet was so quick and easy, Nick and Jamie were both really helpful answering any questions I had and making sure everything went smoothly. I get the same network coverage as I did before (I was with EE) but for a much better monthly price while also contributing to doing some good in the world. Will be recommending to everyone.

Very responsive speedy process and no problems with the switching. Was already with an ethical provider (Co-op) so done lightly but absolutely no regrets and would encourage others to make this choice

Well I guess it was finding a deal that aligns with my values and Meaningful Planet provided that.

Making the switch was super simple and quick and enabled me to keep my 20 year old number.
My new coverage is far better that my previous one (live in London). It's a no-brainer

Really happy to have discovered Meaningful Planet. It piggybacks EE's network, so the coverage is everything you'd expect from them, but with fantastic customer service and at a cheaper price too. 10% of all revenue goes to what look like genuinely effective conservation & restoration projects - no greenwashing here. Love the ethos and love the service!

Since swapping over to meaningful planet I have had a great experience. The procedure of swapping over was easy and stress free and I have had really good and consistent mobile service since. It's nice to be able to support a company which is trying to help the planet as well as recieving a quality product and service. I would highly recommend meaningful planet.

I love the idea of being able to contribute to environmental projects simply by paying for my mobile plan. The SIM works even better than my previous one as it runs on the EE network, which has the best coverage in my area. The switching process was also super smooth. Why would you not switch to Meaningful Planet?
