I ordered a Holo Magic Model House which was supposed to come assembled but it came unassembled. It has very tiny pieces and impossible for any child to assemble. So I requested them to assemble the set and send it back. They collected the set in April 2025 and till date, they have not returned the assembled house. They keep saying, its not possible, so we will refund you your payment but that also has not been done since April. This is a fraud company, so please do not buy anything from them!!

I brought so many diecast cars from Meanbuy they always manage to source what I'm looking for and service is good

I am giving a 4 stars only because the product is really good. If they can deliver with in the given dates then its worth for 5 stars. I was really scared because I wasn't sure if I would even receive the package or not as it took a long delay in delivery, but I got my order and I am very happy with the product, it surly took time to deliver but it is legit! #Happy.

I really liked what i order it was a set of 7 but i got 5 (the bag and the scrunchies accessories were missing) other things are good and can be worn for date night.... Or stuffs but not for regular use it might give rashes but i really loved it

I ordered an Arkham Knight Batman action figure from Meanbuy.com on 17th April, with a promised delivery date of 7th May. Unfortunately, it was only delivered on 25th May, after a significant delay with no clear updates.

The biggest disappointment came after opening the package – the figure is clearly a bootleg and not an original Revoltech product, as advertised. The quality is subpar, and it’s obvious it’s a fake.

Very poor experience – late delivery, misleading product listing, and no transparency. I do not recommend buying collectibles from this site if you’re expecting genuine products.

Scam company. They are a bunch of scammers who take orders and never deliver the products. And on top of that they have listed cheap China products at inflated prices.

My nightmare with MeanBuy is still ongoing. They have lied to me since November of last year and have yet to deliver my order. First they said I needed to pay the full amount (Approx Rs 62k) just to place the order. I said absolutely not. They then said I needed to pay half at least or they wouldn’t order me the product. Now this product in question is a spare part for a more expensive product without which it is non-functional. And I’ve been unable to get the part from the company directly. Out of desperation I paid the 50% advance (Rs 31k). And it’s been over 5 months and all they’ve been doing is stall and lie. I’ve wasted so much time, money and energy during the course of this ordeal. 2 days ago they messaged me with a picture of the product saying it had arrived in their “warehouse”. And that I needed to pay the balance before they ship it to me. I refused. I’d only pay cash upon delivery. They tried to convince me a hundred different ways. I stuck to my guns. “No”. Then they said they were shipping it and that I would have to pay the balance upon receiving it. I said ok. They sent me a tracking number for Delhivery. It’s been 4 days since they arranged a pickup. But nothing has shipped. What they tried to do is further scam me and try and trick me into believing the package is on the way and coax me into paying before it “reached” me. Except nothing would ever reach me. I’ve demanded they pay me back the advance but they have refused to do so obviously. They are a bunch of loathsome & despicable thugs whose only agenda is to scam people & steal whatever money they can extract out of them. I’ve lost Rs 31k and numerous hours to this nightmare. There need to be stricter laws to govern such criminal behavior. Sooner or later they’re going to face the consequences of their actions.

Meanbuy.com is the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had – Ordered a Mustang Diecast, Got a Chinese Trimmer Instead!

I ordered a CCA 1:42 Ford Mustang GT2018 Assembled Diecast from Meanbuy on March 12. The expected delivery date was April 3. But guess what? Even by April 3, the product wasn’t even shipped. There were no updates from their side unless I manually reached out to customer care every time. And they always replied with a 10-minute delay, as if they were doing me a favor.

After weeks of waiting and constant follow-ups, I finally received the package on April 13. That’s a whole month after placing the order. And here’s the worst part – instead of the Mustang diecast, they sent me a cheap Chinese trimmer.

I immediately reported this to their customer care. Their response? “Yeah, we’ve arranged a pickup partner who will collect it from you soon.” No urgency. No apology. I selected the return and refund option on their website, not replacement.

Once the product was picked up, I again received zero updates. So again, I had to keep messaging customer care. They then told me, without asking or informing me, that they had processed a replacement and the product was being dispatched. I told them I wanted a refund, not a replacement – especially after this nightmare – but they just said everything was “done” and I should wait.

I asked what if I receive the wrong product again. They said they would send proof before dispatch. Later, they said, “It’s coming from Delhi, so we can’t give proof.” Days passed again – no update, no tracking ID. Every time I asked, they said “wait for some time.” No action. No accountability.

Finally, I lost my patience and told them:

> “I have been waiting for nearly 2 months for a single product! No mate, I want the tracking ID today or I’m taking this case to the next level. I’m sorry, but this is because of your carelessness. I’m literally exhausted talking to customer care twice or thrice every week. I can’t deal with this anymore. Please try to view things from the customer’s perspective.

Would you pay for something and wait 2-3 months without updates, only to get the wrong product in the end? And every time you message, they take 10 minutes to reply with no real solution?

That’s exactly why I asked for a refund, but you guys chose to do a replacement on your own without even informing me.”

Now it’s May 13 – 2 months since I ordered, and I still don’t have my money or the product.

This is by far the worst e-commerce experience I’ve ever had. Avoid Meanbuy at all costs.

I ordered ulike air 3 before 2months .I have not received the product yet.Time line provided was 15 days .If I reach the support team they provide me false information like it's in transit you will receive in 4 days etc etc .Now they even stopped responding.

I would request you all to save your hard earned money and dont fall into the trap of Meanbuy. My experience below:
1. Ordered a jacket which took 6 months to deliver
2. I had to follow up with them at least 25 times during this period and they would give new excuses everytime (they have issues with chinese new year 5 times in an year :D)
3. The order received was completely wrong in size and colour
4. no way to replace since they will take another 6 months to get a new order
5. For refund also I had to follow up for 6-8 days continuously after which they finally returned my money
6. They told they will give me a replacement of my original order as a free gift, which was promised in early february, and still not delivered.. excuses like stuck in customs, received in delhi, chinese new year keep on coming
7. and they also tell they will give a free gift in lieu of the trouble you got. dont fall for it, its a 10 rupees pocket diary

All in all, my experience with Meanbuy was very bad, if you choose to buy from there, goodluck to you and goodbye to your money

I must mention why the company is even running. They must have stopped themselves as a piece of cake oh sorry as a piece of shame. Parcel delay almost a month. No proper reply from there customer center. A compensation was assured a month before delivery due to delay but nothing. Plug found to be different it's of China not indian. Obviously we you are indian buyer you gonna be expecting indian plug of the product. So fraud company. Never buy. Cheap shit.

Fraud company will call you on the day delivery was assured and inform you shipment is delayed due to customs and clearance. Customer service personnel are the most ill-behaved and will never listen you out.

Go strictly for COD option. I paid 50% amount for ulike air 10 IPL device when inordered it on 18th Nov 2024. Expected delivery was 7th Dec 2024. Till 2 days before the date of delivery, i was informed the delivery willl be done on or before 7th Dec2024. Received it finally on 31st Jan 25. They have no grievance measures or means to escalate the issue. Customer service gives false info and contradictory messages when you try to call or message. Highly unreliable platform. Not worth wasting your money and time behind following up with them.

Ordered a hoodie, the product quality is beyond bad. Informed them to exchange or refund they ask me for unboxing video. how does unboxing video have anything to do with the quality of the product. they are supplying inferior quality items into the market. and the customer service is as good as not present

dont buy anything from them. they are frauds. i had ordered a jacket of XXL size, they sent me S size after 40 days of order and payment. now on return request, no one is coming to pick up the item. their customer support service is misleading me, giving me false timelines and harassing me mentally.
