DONT EVEN bother they SUCK!

really disappointed with my experience using mealSlash. every time I’ve ordered, something has been wrongmissing items, incorrect food, or just not what I paid for. what makes it worse is the customer service. when you try to get a refund or even partial credit, they make it way harder than it should be. It feels like you have to fight just to get basic support, and even then they barely help.
at this point it’s not worth the hassle. If you’re thinking about using mealSlash, just be aware that mistakes happen often and getting your money back is not easy.

Lazy support

Their Discord support is honestly really lazy. They’re only active for what feels like one hour out of the whole day. Because of time zone differences, I’m only able to exchange like one message a day, which makes everything take way longer than it should. Overall, this sucks.

As soon as I placed order they were on it, my phone died so I didn’t reply very fast but they were very understanding and respectful. Best service I’ve experienced definitely gonna order again soon.

Mad, it works!

Mad, its actually works. A friend told me about it, was skeptical at first but now every meal im saving so much money in SF and NY.
