Matt from MDT Design has been extremely helpful and efficient in designing the extension for our property - talking us through the process throughout to make it simple and clear to understand as well as being quick to respond to anything along the way.

I recently worked with Matt on a retrospective planning application for a single-storey extension, porch, and fencing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with both the process and the outcome. While others offered only remote quotes, Matt took the time to visit the site and provide a clear, detailed estimate. As soon as we met Matt we knew he was the right architect for our building project. Matt is very friendly and personable and was enthusiastic about our ideas.
Matt helped us to fine tune our ideas and made suggestions that we hadn’t considered that now form part of our recently approved plans. It is this creative input and experience that we were looking for that had surprisingly been absent from other architects we met.
Matt provided the first draft plans within a couple of days and the final plans were agreed just a short time thereafter. Matt understood what we were looking for and delivered.
The whole planning process was text book and the plans approved without objection. We are now waiting for quotes and hope the work will be started in April/May.
