Brilliant
I had a great experience. From organising the move with Nick though to the move day they were incredibly helpful and helped our move go smoothly. Nathan, James and Cam were great on the day and had to do so many stairs as there was no lift. They were friendly, professionally and efficient. The cost for the move was also very reasonable. Other companies quoted much more for less. I'd highly recommend this company and would use them in the future.

What a great experience it was using Manchester removals
What a great experience it was using Manchester removals, very helpful and professional from start to finish. Firstly these guys picked up 1/2 my furniture and put it into storage for a couple of months. All items were returned in perfect condition. On move day they dropped of the items in storage first and then went to pick up the other half . The movers were amazing, friendly and polite , they couldn't do enough to help me, everything was put in the correct place, no scuffs, no scratches. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company again.

Reliable, friendly & efficient
Great customer service. Nick was very friendly and reassuring and his communication throughout the booking process was exceptional. The removal was fast and efficient even though we had a lot of boxes and the workers were very friendly.

and messaged a minute before to say delayed . Then Nick was extremely rude . Would not recommend at all. Extremely aggressive on phone .

This lady is not a customer and has not used our service.
We had a meeting set to survey the property. I had a meeting set 1 hour before which usually takes 30 minutes, leaving me plenty of time to arrive on time.
However, the meeting before was with a lady who was moving out of her marital home and was rather distressed and upset about the whole situation so I gave her my time to ensure that she has the confidence that we will look after her move.
The meeting took significantly longer than had hoped, but when I visit a customer I will give them all the time they need as moving home is a very emotional time for many and questions must be answered.
In her review she said that I messaged her.. this is not true, I called her and firstly left a voice message as she did not answer the phone, she then called me back and we re-scheduled for the next day. She was very happy to re-appoint.
An hour and a half later SG called back and said she wanted to cancel the meeting tomorrow and was rather curt on the phone. I asked her why and she said that I was unreliable and not a good removals company. I tried to explain what had happened but she cut me off.
I messaged her to advise that we are not unreliable as we are rated 4.9 out of 5 on TrustPilot. Shortly afterwards she called the office and was very confrontational on the phone
I once again attempted to explain what happened but she refused to listen. I felt the only reason she called the office was to have an argument, so I had to cut her off as the conversation was not going anywhere.
Her closing comment was "I am going to leave the worst review I can about you".
I can assure anyone reading this reply. We look after our customers, we always have and always will. The 5* reviews we get are genuine and many are very emotive with many thanks for how we treat our customers.
Unfortuantely, every so often we are going to be faced with a confrontational customer.
Since typing this reply, I have had further emails from her and she is being harrassing, confrontational and casting aspersions about me. I have had to ask her to stop sending emails twice now.

Really great service
Really great service. Nick was attentive, offered great advice and everything was made simple. On the moving day, the lads were great and I didn't have to worry about a thing. They also provide storage facilities which came in useful when we had a last minute change in circumstances. Nick was not phased at all and arranged everything making it stress free for me which could have been a lot different. Thank you to Nick and the team.

Amazing service all the way!
From our initial enquiry to the day of the move the service from Nick and the team was fantastic all the way. We moved from Manchester to Scotland without any problems whatsoever and the movers were polite, careful and a credit to the company. We would highly recommend without hesitation!
