We were recommended Manchester Removals by neighbours and the experience was excellent from start to finish! The video survey made things very easy and all email communication was prompt and clear. On the day of the packing and the day of the move, the team (James, Marie, Clint) arrived promptly and worked so quickly, leaving everything wonderfully tidy.
There’s been nothing damaged.
We are very pleased with the service.

As first time buyers, we were feeling really daunted by the prospect of our first full house move. I called several removals companies for quotes, but none were as helpful and friendly as Nick and his team.

We purchased packing materials and Nick did a virtual walk through of our house and was spot on in the number of boxes we would need. Lots of handy tips for packing items safely too.

We also paid for the lads to disassemble and reassemble a few bits of furniture. This made such a difference to our moving day not having to spend time doing DIY after all the stress of moving.

The team on the day were friendly, funny and so respectful of our things. Whole house moved and everything in the right rooms by half 2 the same day. If we had tried to do it ourselves, I'd have been surprised if we'd finished by 2am!

Will certainly be approaching Nick and the team next time we move.

John and Dylan were absolutely fantastic and made our move stress free. They were so polite, and moved all our possessions with great care. Leading up to the move Nick was extremely helpful, answering all my questions. My only regret is that I didn’t consider using Manchester Removals and Storage to dismantle and reconstruct my furniture aswell! I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough, and will definitely be using them in the future if I require a removals service again.

Second time using Nick and his team, both times they were absolutely brilliant. Quick and efficient but also treat all your items with the utmost care. We've used more removal companies than I care to remember and this is by far our favourite.

As well as being very helpful, they were all polite and friendly and also used their initiative which made things a lot easier. Nothing was too much bother, and they were happy to do any extra to help when they could. Due to unforeseen circumstances on the day, they worked a lot longer – and harder – than originally planned to ensure that our move was successful and completed on the day. I would happily recommend them and use them again if needed.

Our experience moving home with Manchester Removals + Storage was great from start to finish. Nick was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and arranged a video consultation where we went through the whole house to get an accurate quote. We then arranged booking and with a big move from Manchester to Cardiff were able to agree a suitable plan for moving day. Nick gave us a call the day before the move to ensure everything was on track and even enquired if we needed any extra packing boxes bringing on the day. The team that co-ordinated the move on the day were polite and efficient. We were so nervous using a removals company and worrying about our belongings being cared for appropriately etc, but are so happy we used Manchester Removals for the job. Thank you Nick + team

I used Manchester Removals &Storage for my move recently. It wasn't a straight move and it was great to have the flexibility to put everything into storage for a week or so, between homes. I found Nick helpful and flexible whilst arranging it. The removal team were lovely. They were friendly and reassuring at a stressful time.
