This is a scam. My order didn't arrive. I emailed them and they shipped something. However, when I received it, it wasn't what I had ordered. They never replied to my request to return the order. I had to go through my bank to resolve this. mCover are scammers. Don't order anything from them. They're not based in the UK either.

Ok, ordered the laptop cover prior to reading the reviews which, is unlike me so was then skeptical of what was going to happen next. I agree, communication is not great, telephone number is invalid and after the 3rd email, Eric did respond to say that the item was dispatched and gave me the tracking number. Case arrived two days later from dispatched and the cover fitted perfectly. If the communication was a little better, would be 5stars, other than that, good product and arrived on time.

Beware. They claim to have warehouses in the UK and France.
However they charge £9 postage plus a £7 selling fee for a laptop cover. Needless to say I purchased elsewhere.

One star is still too much of a compliment.
I ordered a Notebook Case, they took my money and I heard nothing from them in weeks.
After contacting PayPal to get my money back they sent me some screenshot, not even a real order confirmation from Amazon, "to proof they sent out the case" even though I never ordered on Amazon.
Now I received a wrong case and they won't send me any return lable.
I contacted PayPal again and told them that they sent me the wrong Item, I hope I get my money back.
I'm still on it.

Worst company ever.

I ordered a cover for a Dell Laptop. In order to avoid a mistake, I sent them the reference model number of my PC that can be used to search the exact model.

I insisted of checking the reference number to avoid a mistake. They didn't check it and I received the wrong case for my laptop.

I sent it back, exchanged a few emails with them. They told me they would order the right case from their factory and send it to me.

Today, I received the wrong case again. They sent me back the same case as the first time, although, they agreed in the previous email to send me the right one.

They have the worst customer services in the world. Avoid that company at all cost.

Horrendous company, paid for express shipping after 5 weeks they eventually answered the phone after ignoring my emails I asked them to refund they ignored me and a week later sent out the incorrect cover

Money taken, no laptop cover, 3 emails ignored. Daylight robbery

Ordered a cover on December 2nd 2020
Item was not in stock and was told I could maybe choose a different colour or I could get my money back.
I did not want a different colour, so I asked for my money back.

Since then I've tried calling them and sent many emails, but no answer.

I haven't got my money back yet.
Creditcard company has a 50 own risk (or whatever it's called), so no point in trying it that way.

Very very disappointed in mcover.
Will never order some from them again

I ordered on 2nd Dec, on the 11th they emailed me to say the colour I wanted was out of stock and would I like to wait or choose another colour and get it sooner I replied the same day saying the other colour was fine... Then I heard nothing.

2nd of Jan I chased this up only to be told on the 4th the colour I ordered was in-stock and had been sent already... Pretty sure they forgot about my order until I chased it thoigh. I didn't get a tracking number for my "sent" order until the 6th and even then the tracking showed just that the postage had been generated and it hadn't been actually sent. Asked what was going on and was basically told it was because of Brexit and they had to reprint the postage.

I get that my order was around the holidays and Brexit may have caused issues but I'd have been less annoyed if they'd have just admited they messed up and forgot about my order initially rather than lying to me and telling me it was already sent when it wasn't.

As for the product itself it's fairly cheap feeling, attracts loads of finger prints and doesn't allow me to use my 2in1 laptop flat as it's too thick (despite having the right modle number) . Definitely not worth the £35 I paid but it's going to be a hassle to send back and I have had no response when I emailed then about this.

I ordered 2 chromebook cases 9 days ago. The money has gone from my bank account. Order acknowledged. The order has not yet been shipped. No reply to an email issued 3 days ago.
Will not deal with them again nor recommend them.

I have ordered a cover from their website, the order has never been dispatched (10 days since placing the order) and no one never replied to my emails. I have to open a dispute against them to get refunded.

J'ai commandé une coque sur leur site il y a 10 jours. La commande a été confirmée mais n'a jamais été envoyée. Aucun retour de leur part, aucune réponse à mes emails. Il ne me reste plus qu'à ouvrir un litige avec PayPal pour me faire rembourser. Une vraie arnaque.
