The owner and operator of this company is very unprofessional and has some of the worst communication skills I’ve ever seen. He clearly states that he runs this company by himself and that’s apparent. He should definitely hire some help. Buyer beware, do yourself a favor and purchase from a larger company that cares about their customers.
This guy took over 4 months to send my stuff after not responding. His website says 7-9 weeks for custom orders, and I ordered two flex rigs for my p365 icarus grips. HOWEVER, I patiently waited about 3 months, and then I contacted him to cancel the order since it was taking so long. Several days go by with no response, and then I messaged again via email and instagram. Well 2 weeks later, I get an email saying from the shipping company that the items were on the way.... no apologies from him, no response to what I had requested. IF YOU BUY, you better contact your credit card company for a chargeback, because he will NOT respond. There is NO form of contact on his website other the responding back to the email from the receipt. Lastly, I can't even use his holsters because they don't fit the grips well. I decided to take a chance because Tier1Concealed doesn't do Icarus grips, but I regret this company so much.
Absolutely pathetic excuse of a company. Ordered Talon Holster for Springfield Hellcat Pro on 3/12/26. After receiving the order confirmation I never heard anything again after two emails that I sent asking for an update and ultimately threatening to dispute the charge. Last attempt to get an update was at 10 weeks after placing the order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The brace came incomplete. One could not use the bulb to inflate the airbag as the attachment there was no mount on the brace. Also, I could not find any tutorials to assemble the remaining parts needed for the device. My podiatrist recommended that I try buying a replacement foot drop brace online. This experience has been very disappointing.
Ordered a holster from them on 12/1/2024 and its now 2/24/2025 and still haven’t received it. Sent multiple emails to them and have received nothing back. Site is a total scam.
